Review: 床头板臭到我差点晕厥。我告诉服务员，服务员点头表示知道也没有办法。
桌子上爬满灰白色和黑色小虫子，我用消毒水擦过也没一点用，我买的面包放在桌子上几小时后爬满虫子，我的很多东西上都被虫子占领！
淋浴头不好用，洗澡水非常小，我一次交了两天的钱，连住两天，第二天没洗澡，也没洗任何东西，因为水不行。
这个旅馆只是外表看起来很好，内在太差！工作人员态度挺好，但不解决任何问题。

Positive points: Everything was good. Cleaning ladies were very good. Everything is near by. Location is great.

Review: Friendly front desk staffs. When ai arrived at the hotel, I was politely informed that the room I booked in Sapphire Hotel had technical issues and will not be available for my stay but they send me to their partner hotel nearby (Hai Trieu Hotel) which I think is way better but for the same price.

Positive points: Everything is good near beach walking distance

Review: The hotel is good all in all specially for it its price. However, I would like to point out a few things that the hotel might wanna improve and for others awareness as well when prior to booking.
1. The room is not soundproof. Though it’s not necessary for it to be totally soundproof but the noises outside and other rooms are very audible, and that’s true.
2. The pool is small and dirty, there’s something floating in it that really makes not to even touch the water.
3. Lastly, the food and drinks inside the room when you check in is not totally free. The only thing that’s free there is the water. The coke, noodles and red bull are not. Thus, you will them if you have consumed everything. You’ll pay 120000VND.
Nevertheless, I had a nice stay there and the staffs are nice and polite. So, thank you.

Review: Good value hotel with excellent location 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby there are many eating options, moon milk supermarket, Bao An vegan restaurant is not to be missed. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean with windows for fresh ocean air. Bathroom was clean and has ventilation fan. Hot water shower . Decent bed with clean sheets. Two free water bottle per day and fresh towels in necessary. Safe and secure motorbike parking . 24 hour front desk reception and security cameras.

I can recommend for people on a budget who don’t need a three star hotel. Friendly staff who speak English were excellent. The pool is small but the beautiful ocean is so nearby. I can recommend snd hope to return. No smoking rooms reassured me of healthy environment and safety.

Review: Hot water was hard to get a normal temperature. It was either boiling or freezing. No breakfast to my knowledge

Positive points: It was very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff were very helpful in booking a tour to ba na hills with pick up from outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
