Review: Too arrogant and not enthusiastic in supporting customers when issues arise.

Review: The government officials have poor service attitudes. They do not deserve to hold their positions properly.

Review: Actually, the reason I book there is because i took ILETS exam there. There is river near the hotel. To be honest it is pretty good.

Review: i'm so disappointed with the female staff in the reception. her attitude was so bad when we want to check in. she refused our request about check-in in advance. however, she just let another guy check in in advance. when we asked her the reason, she just said no why. we are so annoyed about the behavior. i'm so disappointed about her attitude. i don't know why as a service staff, her attitude can be so bad. and during the three days in this hotel, they didn't change the bed sheet even once.

Review: I just had an IELTS exam there, it's convenient and tidy. Good luck to myself!
