Positive points: Everything is Perfect. nThe location is in the heart of Myeongdong street.. food are everywhere.nnThe staff is kind, helpful, friendly & ffull of smile.nLove the Ahjussi & Onnie at the dront desk ❤️❤️nnThe room : super clean !!nnIt is my 2nd time staying in Creto Hotel Myeongdong and I will come back everytime I come to Seoul.

Positive points: There were strands of hair in the bathroom.
Negative points: The room had a very small window so it felt too enclosed.
Review: it was strategic located in myeongdong! theres a retro bar infront of the cafe and convenience store nearby

Negative points: The water pressure in the shower was lacking.
Positive points: I liked the location that it is in heart of Myeongdong shopping district but in a not so busy section. Staff was efficient, rooms were cleaned regularly.
Negative points: AC at room 902 and 905 was erratic, it just stayed at 26 even when we set it to 22. The frontdesk provided us with back up electric fan.
Review: Good hotel near Myeondong station and airport limousine bus stop. But bed is soft.

Positive points: The hotel is close to myeongdong area and walking distance to the train station. nnThe staff is friendly.
Negative points: During my stay, the weather was cool and the hotel reverted to non AC. However, they advised us to open the window which we did. However, it invited a mosquito to fly into our room. And we have to battle with it. nnSome of the days, the house keeping did not tidy our bed properly. nnIt would be great to have a mosquito netting on the window.
Review: Fantastic location!
Positive points: The entire building smelled like sewage. Then they tried to disguise the smell by bombarding the entire lobby and hallways with a very strong perfume scent and it was just unbearable. Then we walk into our room and the size was just shocking. But that wasn’t the worst part, it was incredibly basic, run down, old and dirty. We stayed there one night out of the four we had paid for and ended up booking another hotel a few minutes away so that our Korea experience wouldn’t be tainted by the horrible hotel. I honestly don’t understand where I went wrong, because I read so many positive reviews before booking Creto Hotel but it was top 2 worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Review: 2nd stay at Creto. Location is everything, right at Myeongdong but away from the hustling and bustling. Airport bus is right outside at the main road, within 5m walking distance.
Positive points: The location is very ideal in accessing all forms of transportation. It is surrounded by “must-eat” restaurants.
Negative points: Minor issue on noise during weekend nights since the hotel is directly across a resto club.
