Review: The room we got was clean, but some of the sockets are pretty old and loose. Besides that, staffs were very nice and helpful! Highly recommended!

Positive points: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul! The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the facilities we needed. The location was absolutely superb — close to everything yet peaceful. Given all this, the price felt very reasonable.

Negative points: If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the room service which wasn't particularly punctual.

Review: Great stay, surrounded with various restaurants, near to Myeongdong Shopping Street, you can either walk enjoying the scenery or take the subway, just a station away.

Positive points: The location was fantastic!! The staff were so helpful and very nice! It was a great hotel to stay at. They had wonderful cafes to eat at. They also had a smooth check-in and check-out.

Negative points: When we first arrived, our comforter had stains on it. The closet door was also broken. It was very hard to close. There were also scratches on the headboard of the bed. Housekeeping also wasn't very thorough with vacuuming.

Review: My kids and I love the hotel. Clean, decent room space and the hotel was so kind to accomodate to my request for a connecting room with my kids.

Positive points: Our suite was a fantastic oasis at the end of a long and busy trip. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with ample linens. Having a water filtration machine in the room was amazing. The views of N Seoul Tower were a fabulous way to cap off our travels.

Negative points: Nothing. Everything was great!
