Review: The staff is very accommodating, service is ok, Thank you so much
Positive points: Close to the beach.
Negative points: Rancid smell in the hallways and our bedroom. Only one key card available, therefore, we could not leave the air conditioning or the electricity on while the room unoccupied. Small bugs noted on dressing table. Upon departure from the hotel, they enlightened me of a 200,000 dong fee for “ dirty “ bed sheets. The bedsheets had a very small amount of fake tan on them, which nothing a washing machine cannot remove. I am extremely disappointed with the service in this hotel which has put a dampener on my evening.
Review: It is an old hotel but it’s not bad at all. You can rent a motorbike at place. Food options around are below average but if you are mobile - no problem. Good value for money.
Positive points: The room was clean, smelt good. Nice quiet location.
Negative points: No smart TV. The TV stopped working every 10-15min. One of the staff was a bit unfriendly when we checked in.
Review: Overall good value accommodation- close to the beach and staff were able to arrange laundry and scooters easily. As in previous reviews - the pool didn’t look super clean and breakfast was quite basic. Beware the pictures of beautiful baguettes - they are fake/plastic.

it took 3 days for wifi to be working in our room and our tv never worked.
the room also smelt of stagnant water, almost mold smelling. we had water leaks which were probably the cause of this.
the breakfast was really poor, no variety at all.
Review: The bed was comfortable, very comfortable, pillows etc bath was great. But the room stinks of mould and the air conditioning unfortunately smells of mould, I had to open the windows. The view was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and sunrise in the morning. Quiet place also.
Positive points: The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was great. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the WiFi was strong. The staff members were very sweet and helpful.

Positive points: When I checked in, Hana was working at the reception. I had some questions about the room because I would have liked a bath, and Booking.com was not really specific about this. She said there was no bath, but I could have a different room with a bath and she offered to show me both. After looking I agreed to keep the original room. She also helped arrange a motorcycle, and gave us vouchers for the spa, which we sadly didn't end up using. Overall the service was exceptional, and ad-hoc requests like a late room cleaning, or delivering some toilet paper to the room while we were out, and also fixing the TV which wasn't working properly on check in were handled swiftly and without me noticing really.
Negative points: If I had to be picky, I would say that the breakfast could be a bit nicer. The restaurant is fine, but the food isn't really inspired. I did get to the breakfast a little late some of the days but usually not everything was there anymore. The eggs being fried on the spot is nice, the fried rice was pretty good, and the pho also. But the "continental food" was a bit lacking, the sausages were a bit dry.

Negative points: But one coupon they give for massage which is worthless as it is a discount coupon if you buy some services.
