Positive points: Cozy and clean apartment located in a prime location with excellent food, shopping and near to metro station. Host was very kind and on the heater for us before arrival. The host was also very responsive and guided us to the location. Highly recommended for small family.

Positive points: Just steps away from buzzing Hongdae and subway station, but very quiet and calm nights at Cozy, made our 14 days stay memorable. It is hard to find a place with an elevator and a bathroom with a separate shower area like Cozy in Hongdae. Excellent host's hospitality as they were responsible, responsive, kind and understanding. Excellent bed quality, amenities (in extra quantities) and complimentary water/coffee, having balcony, washing machine with provided detergent and softener made our long stay very comfortable. Recommend to all future travelers to Seoul to experience such an excellent place, with wonderful hosts. A rare find!!!

Positive points: Super convenient! Really the best location right in the middle of everything in Hongdae. There are many great restaurants very close by and even an excellent hair salon in the same building.nHansook and Bash were excellent hosts and gave great instructions and help. Totally deserving their excellent rating!

Positive points: Comfy 4th floor: Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms that could fit up to 7 people. All necessary gadgets available in room, luggage scale, BT speaker, hair dryer, charging cables in every room. Trash bags, towels, napkin/toilet rolls are available. Washing machine, big balcony and racks to dry your laundry. We felt like staying at home.nnLocation of the property is very good as well, restaurants, cafes, and various shops are at your doorstep. nnLastly, the owners are so nice. They answer message quickly. The checkin - checkout process is also well managed.

Positive points: The hosts were very welcoming and provided everything we needed. The location was great, lots to do during the day and at night. Even though the apartment was in a touristy area the place was very quiet at night.

Positive points: Very good location and room is big which is good for group or family. East access to restaurants and shopping and walking distance to subway. Too sad that we stay here for a night only. Will keep as our future accommodation if we get chance to visit seoul again

Positive points: This location was probably our favorite in Seoul. Right outside the apartment there are many food places and shopping spots. I had not done a lot of research on locations and was extremely lucky to find such a great spot. nnHosts spoke very good English and gave some great recommendations on restaurants and massage locations. They also gave us some free passes for the gym. Also it was very convenient to have some umbrellas as it snowed quite a bit during our stay. nnThe apartment was clean which is one of the most important criteria for selecting a place to stay when you are traveling with kids. The kitchen and washing machine were also nice to have as well.
