Positive points: Friendly hosts, great location, free bikes, easy to find.

Positive points: The family who runs it is really kind. The bed is huge, the bathroom is amazing and is clean and perfect. The family tries to help in everything they can :)

It is really close to the beach, maybe 3 minutes walk

Positive points: Very spacious room and ensuite with a huge bed and nice furnishings, probably the nicest room I have stayed in so far and for a very low price. They also offer free bicycle hire to get to the nearby beaches and attractions. Owner is very friendly and generous, offering food and drink for no charge on some occasions, you might even be invited to drink beers Vietnamese style if you're lucky!

Positive points: Extremely friendly family! 2 lovely dogs! Room was really well kept and tidy.

Positive points: Fantastic and friendly guy running the place. Attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Great sized room, comfortable big bed, spacious bathroom and shower worked well. Quiet location. Can't really imagine there being a better accommodation option in Hoi An at this price point. I had initially stayed at a similar accommodation for about double the price, and it wasn't as good as Co Bon.

Positive points: We spent 3 nights and had an excellent host who couldn't have been more welcoming. He and his lovely family have consistently offered support when needed (e.g. arranged a rental moto bike and gave generous discount). The room was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and relaxing. A few minutes distance to the beach and lots of small but delicious restaurants. Definitely the best accommodation we had in Vietnam for an incredible price. We will come back!

+ old town easily reachable via grab or bicycle

+ comfy bed
+ bicycles free to use
+ host gave me fruits one evening
+ gate is unlocked before 10 pm, but after 10 pm it is easy to get in with a key (in comparison to other homestays where it felt like a prison even during the afternoon because it was always a hassle to open and close the gate)
+ every morning you can eat delicious mi quang for a fair price (20k VND) from the host family.

Review: I was warmly welcomed by Dong and his brother-in-law Cong, and their entire family upon arriving. They even had me join them then for their family dinner.

This was my first 'homestay' experience and they made me feel like family and at home.

Dong and Cong were readily available over WhatsApp and in-person for any questions about the stay, the area, or anything at all.

Their mothers served Mi Quang noodles at 9AM for 30k VND.

The room was spacious and quiet. The wifi was fast.

There was space to keep your motorcycle safely after the gate. The gate locked after 10PM but can re-open by buzzing for Cong to open the lock.

There were ants in my room that crawled near the entrance and onto a couple of the table tops but not the bed or other areas. I had to move my stuff around.

The location is great if you're specifically staying here for the beach.

Dong and Cong were a true friend. I would rate 'staff' more than a 5 star if I could.

You have to drive a little bit to the city center but therefore you will be spared from the trouble.

Review: Exactly what a homestay should be! The extra units that they have added to their own home are new and freshly appointed. But there is also grandma sitting and waving from the living room. There was friendliness without interference, information without overload and helpfulness above and beyond all of it. The breakfast choices were made the night before from an extensive menu featuring both Viet and Western food. And it was lovely to eat it in the little garden.
The location is across the street from a large resort hotel, so the walk to the beach is literally 1 minute away. There are some cute as well as excellent restaurants on the same side of the street for 3 blocks.

Review: I highly recommend this homestay. My room was bright, very clean, and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The hosts were kind and helpful making feel like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks you Cong, Dong and your lovely family for hosting me.

Review: Chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện, bữa sáng được mang đến tận phòng. Ở đây đi bộ ra biển chỉ mất 5 phút, biển vắng và khá xa biển công cộng Cửa Đại nên tắm rất thích. Khu này khá khỏ, không có sân vườn. Điểm trừ duy nhất là mình đến đúng đỉnh cao nóng 40 độ của miền Trung nên phòng bị hun nóng khá là lâu, đến tối phòng mới mát được dù đã bật máy lạnh.
