Negative points: We checked into this "Hotel" (if you can call it that) late at night.
Immediately from the advantages, I want to note the understanding of the owners of the settlement, we just contacted them on Whatsapp, found out all the information on self-settlement and it ended successfully!
Now about the cons, no matter how wonderful the hosts are!I'm sorry, but there are a lot of them, and I can't help but mention it...
the house is dark, it's like a dragon's cave...It's cold and not cozy.
The old smell, the insanely small elevator!!!It is so small that it cannot accommodate two people, (normal configuration), with two suitcases!!!
We had to call the elevator one at a time and go up.
We were also greeted by double-leaf doors, in the shape of an arch, with latches at the bottom, which need to be opened to simply enter!
This door is shaking and apparently ready to fly off and crumble when you press your fingers...
The shower is located so close to the bedside faucet (door) that it fills the sink!
Very slippery floor, rubber slippers do not save the situation!
After a shower, in bed...We were attacked by ants!A flock of ants!Allergic burning and itchy bites are guaranteed!The room is teeming with these small ants, and maybe even fleas, they are very small!

The shock pump is constantly working, it interrupts sleep, there are always some extraneous sounds!For two nights of arrival, water was drained from overflowing tanks, the windows of which we had overlooked...It was very loud, the windows had to be closed, and the air conditioner itself seemed to be there, but in fact it blew terribly and there was an unpleasant, old smell coming from it.
During their stay, no one came to us or asked.We lived on our own in this dark room and even the fish at the entrance did not give us joy...Everything was boring and boring, and I wanted to get out of this place as soon as possible.The mood was leaving us, and so were our strength...

Negative points: Minor things. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and there was a musky smell when we entered the apartment but after leaving the balcony door open the whole day it was all gone.

Negative points: The room I was in(B2) is not a good room to stay more than one night, you can’t really cook there, there is a bit moist on the sealing, not enough light

Negative points: We stayed for 3 nights, there was no staff in the building, except the cleaning lady we met briefly when checking out, and an old lady usually sat in the living room whom I supposed was in the owner family, who never said hi or gave us a smile, which made us feel very unwelcomed. The place was nicely decorated but for the lack of human connection, still giving a cold and uninviting vibe.

The bed had no headboard which is very uncomfortable as we didn't have a spot to lean on to watch a movie at night. The room had a roofing work that looked poorly done. I used to live in this city for 5 years and can totally understand that it's extremely humid during the rainy season they have to seal the natural material roof decor so it doesn't get funky and moldy, but it looked very poorly done compared to the photos on the app.

Negative points: The hanging pendant in my room wasn’t working which meant I didn’t have the best amount of lighting if I didn’t want to use the overheard light. I also couldn’t get very warm/hot water in my bath. But I still enjoyed the lighting and the bath

Negative points: My room didn't have many windows, but that is not the case in other rooms. Unfortunately for me, the whole place was booked so I could not change.
