Host Jun is very humble guy. Must stay if you are planning Saigon
Positive points:
The shampoo and conditioner this hotel stocks is second to none!! I’d buy that for our own use at home.
Great little room with good facilities. Excellent view from the pool.
Negative points: It’s probably a bit of a walk from places, but didn’t bother us too much. If you weren’t up to walk, maybe somewhere closer to where you want to go.
Review: lobby area kind of rundown old fashion and felt unsecure for lady solo traveller.

Positive points: the room was small but nice. the terrace is very large, maybe as large or larger than the room.
Negative points: despite photos that look otherwise, the lobby is depressing. the rooftop pool also depressing. the room is listed as 60 sq meters but is probably only half that size (with the deck, it might be 60, but that figure is deceptive. you upgrade to have the deluxe room listed as 60 meters, you don’t expect a tiny room)

Review: The bathtub in the bathroom is not very convenient to use and is not as practical as the shower facilities. It is located next to the old city area, making it easier and faster to get to major attractions

Positive points: The staff "Jun" was helpful and friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation stay in this hotel. Highly recommend to whom plans to visit HCM city.

Positive points: It’s nearby district 1 but not too closed so no issue with noise.
Negative points: The room basic facilities was old and broken (remote tv, ventilation fan in the bathroom)

Positive points: good space in apartment, comfortable bed, quiet un disturbed, good location, good deck, good supply of fresh towels, nice clean cool swimming pool on roof.
Negative points: lack of kitchen equipment, no advice from staff about how to use apartment facilities, step up to shower in bath - difficult to get in and dangerous for an older couple. needed additional hand rail.

Positive points: The suite was big and spacious so is a great place to stay for a long stay in Vietnam although we didn't get to. The pool facility was great and the free washing and dryer was great.
Negative points: There are lots of tiny red ants crawling around. Unsure if that is because part of the wall had exposed bricks which was part of the aesthetic look. We also noticed after returning that there were spiders behind the couch (unsure if pesticide gets looked at) that was nesting around as my partner's bag got infested with a bunch of baby spiders which we constantly kept killing. Found some more and more ants on our clothes that we left on the couch when we returned as well.

Positive points: I liked the outdoor area also the rooms were very quiet which meanti i could relax without listening to noisy neighbours which I have suffered regularly over recent times.
Negative points:
The TV could have been with better quality...eg with you tube. There were many channels but no english speaking channels so some variety on the TV would have been appreciated.
The shower had to be hand held due the holding on the wall set at waist height 🤔 there was a shower head above but did not appear to work.
