Positive points: We used this room just as a shower/day room close to The Lotte Center (with city observation deck) as we arrived in Hanoi at 2pm from Halong and had a late flight out from the airport at 11. It worked out fine for that. Location is about 5 mins easy walk from there.

Review: I booked and paid through Agoda, and I have all the bookings and payment bills from the Momo app. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the hotel informed me that they were out of rooms. They immediately transferred me to another hotel, which they claimed was part of the same system. At that point, I was too tired, so I just accepted it. When I got there, it was a hotel with extremely poor facilities. I had to swallow my frustration because it was already late, so I checked in. However, the situation didn't stop there. One hour after check-in, the original hotel said there was no booking, while I had shown them my complete bill. They stated that I had to cancel on the app and book again at the new hotel. I found their way of handling things to be very sly, so I refused and went to another hotel (through Traveloka), which turned out to be extremely bad. Everyone should avoid this place.

Review: Friendly staff, I booked a room with a balcony, but that day it was full because guests extended their stay, so the hotel upgraded my room for free. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they allowed me to check in early without any extra charge. They made the best arrangements for my family to stay a few extra hours while waiting for our flight at a friendly price. I will definitely come back when there's an opportunity.

Review: The hotel or Agoda, one of the two parties is not doing business correctly. The booking price included taxes and fees, but they are refusing to issue an invoice even though the payment method is at the hotel. I have responded to Agoda up to 3 times, with an employee saying they have noted it and the hotel is handling it. But until now, the hotel still hasn't issued the invoice and is asking for additional tax money if I want it issued.

Review: It wasn't advertised and I was surprised by a free breakfast. The room is small but adequate. Shower space is good size though. It's clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful.
