- fitness room is professional, clean and for a hotel it exceeds my expectations.

Positive points: Near the Airport

Positive points: I like the location, because i have to flight next day. The bathroom smells, the sink in the kitchen is broken, very poor cleaning. They didn't change the bed after previous client! I found a hair in my bed, not mine of cause. This is not hotel. It's an apartment. So be ready to communicate by whatsapp for all the day before (i have no time for it, when i travel). There is no opportunity to put your stuff somewhere before check in, because it's not a hotel. You need to find keys in the mailbox and then enter the room. It isn't suit me. BUT the owner was very friendly, polite and explain everything.

Positive points: Excellent communication and instructions made self check-in very easy outside the stipulated check-in hours. Nice owner. The flat is within reasonable walking distance of the airport (though given the heat and traffic, you might be better taking a taxi - but I had no local currency, nor internet connection to use Grab.. and found it a perfectly viable walk) and is in a very clean, modern, respectable block of flats blessed with two swimming pools (closed on Mondays, I understand, so beware of that!) The apartment was great and had everything I needed (good electrical sockets, fan/aircon, all mod cons). And also some things that others, staying longer, might find very useful (kitchenette, washing machine). I appreciated the couple of small snacks and drinking water provided on arrival. There were plenty of further facilities/food outlets within walking distance of the flat - it isn't in a sterile area of the city, despite being so close to the airport, and I was for example able to walk out to a nice dinner restaurant where I could pay by card easily enough (still having no dong as flying out again the next morning). And, as generally true in Vietnam, it felt perfectly safe in this area to be walking out in the evening as an unaccompanied female.

Positive points: Walkable from the airport, nice and clean room with all facilities you need, lovely swimming pool with a view.

Positive points: no cleaning for the 4 days staying. No normal blanket/pillows. owner declared if I don’t get out of the room, no one will come to clean it in my presence
