Positive points: Nice Ambience, a lot of trees. Big foyer and classy decor.
Negative points: quite run down, breakfast and dinner pretty dull.
Review: Menu breakfast yang ditawarkan terbatas. Kondisi ramai khususnya ketika musim liburan. Selebihnya oke.
Positive points: The grounds were very beautiful . It felt like an oasis tucked away in the city. I really liked the lobby with the batik store, desserts, snacks, and vendors. The pool area was very clean and beautiful. As well as the breakfast area. The beds were very comfortable.
Negative points: The room was a little dated, the rug had some stains and the rooms didn’t have wash cloths. Maybe because the property is older but the walls are quite thin.

Positive points: The location is great in the city center. Room is clean and quite big for 2 persons. The breakfast is great with many variaties of western and local food. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Negative points: There is not much that I didn't like. Only the AC temperature is quite difficult to control. It was too cold and took a long time to get the temperature right as it's centralized AC.
Review: Nice hotel, 5star facilities, very spacious room, good swimming pool and gym. Only need to improve cleanliness. nDefinitely will come back.

Negative points: The room need to refurbished as the interior quite old ad outdated already. The carpet kinda have some unpleasant smell, maybe because it kinda old.
Review: I stay here during my dental conference. Staffs were super friendly, great various breakfast menu. Room was spacious. We had a good time staying here

Negative points: The only negative was the lack of good lighting in the suite
