Positive points: The facilites is good
Positive points: The size of the rooms , and the pricing.
Negative points: The location a bit remote, and not easily identifiable.
Positive points: Clean & modern room
Negative points: Limited parking spaces and has to be done by valet. After check-out at 5am, staff took longer time to pickup the car. Nearly missed flight schedule.
Positive points: Stuff is friendly
Negative points: There is a problem with the water and sink drainage in the bathroom
Positive points: This is a very nice hotel, however probably not in the best location for exploring the city, though it's only 15km from the airport. I could still walk around the area. The rooms are very nice. I did not care for the breakfast offerings, but it was Indonesian cuisine.
Positive points: Room is big and comfortable.nBreakfast is okay for 3 stars hotel.
Negative points: The hotel is located in the “kampung” area. When I was browsing the hotel through booking.com, I just relayed on the big name of Aston. I didn’t check in details the hotel location. Because of the big name of Aston, I was thinking that this hotel is located at main street. I really got a shock when arriving in the hotel. nParking area is too narrow and the bathroom is smelly.
Positive points: - Friendly and helpful staffn- Cozy lobby area with beautiful furnituren- Great breakfast with lots of variety n- Convenient-designed room, clean, comfortable bed and pillow
Negative points: Access to the property and parking lot within the hotel’s basement is limited in spite of available parking area not far away from the premises.
Positive points: Hospitality, location, close to nice various culinary places
Negative points: Ants on desk, initially there was quite an odd smell in the room once we entered but gradually disappeared, insufficient parking space
