Review: Stafnya gercep semua, bagian kebersihannya juga ok, kamarnya terbaik suka banget, Sarapannya enak.

Review: Agak kecewa sebenernya karna order kamar no smoking tapi dikasih smoking room .. infonya sih sudah ditreatment tapi tetep aja bau rokok
Review: Hotel bersih cuma saya pesan non smooking malah dikasih smooking room 🥲 jadi bau asap kamarnya. Info dr resepsionis katanya kamar non smooking penuh.
Positive points: Quiet clean almost close to the lively area & the fitness room
Negative points: Even if I forgot to put the do not disturb board on out the room door though not suppose the room service come at 8 am and keep nocking the door waking me up to tell me silly thing ‘room service’
Positive points: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel had a gym and a restaurant which was a bonus. The location was good a short grab ride away from the train station and 20 minute walk to a mall and plenty of cafes. I would recommend and stay again.
Negative points: Nothing.
Positive points: Comfy beds, good breakfast and friendly staff!
Negative points: Poor communication through Booking.com. They did not reply my messages before check in.nnRoom wasn’t clean, dust in the floor and bathroom.nnEverything very noisy. Doors make very noisy so prepare to wake up 5/6am everyday because of the neighbors.
Positive points: Newly build and well maintained building. The good smell.
Negative points: The lighting just a bit too bright. But not crucial.
Positive points: Almost everything. The room us kibd of small but comfy. The staff at the front desk is very helpful.

Positive points: New, Clean so far the best Ibis i ever stay here in Indonesia.
Negative points: at least in the future can incl. in house massage service.
Positive points: the room is comfy, warm, latest style interior, water heater works fine, the area is close to shopping & culinary center.
Negative points: that time the room a little dusty, hope in the future will be better. and the room is too small but still ok for transit. breakfast taste for me is not so good just ok, not many variants.
