Negative points: Staff are rude and unhelpful and seem clueless most of the time.

Review: The hotel is located in a prime area. The rooms are designed in a high and neat loft style, cozy and warm. There is a balcony overlooking the marina and river, allowing you to enjoy a panoramic view of the city center. All necessary amenities are fully provided. This is a place worth experiencing!

Positive points: Affordable, no frills hotel- it has everything we need, comfortable beds, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, fridge, free drinking water, coffee, slippers, plenty of electrical outlets, working aircon, hot water for shower, shoe rack.

2. hotel changes the room without a notice and not willing to compensate for the difference

Review: A 1-star hotel worth experiencing for those traveling for work or solo. Since we were two people, the hotel room felt a bit small, and the rooms were close together, which made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a good hotel, and the only minor drawback is the small room.

9.0 Hotel on the Water - Dr.JimK 27-03-2023

Positive points: The hotel was reasonable for the location and the price. The staff was very friendly, but lacked English speaking abilities. I had to ask the young workers to clean my room. The air conditioning was cold and the showers hot. The bed was comfortable and very sizeable.

Negative points: 1. Having to use Google translate with the very young front desk staff in the year 2023.

2. Chasing the house keeping staff to clean my room in the evening time after a long work day. But when aksed to clean the room, they apologized profusely and cleaned the room.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Negative points: But expensive for use of shower before heading to airport..but not excessive..and convenient on ground floor. Was grateful
