Staff was friendly when check-in. They gave us a valentine flower. Really appreciate.
Negative points:
I don't like the wall partition in the toilet. It's made from glass and hard to see. I kicked my foot when taking shower.
Everything should be 10/10 for the stay until I ordered breakfast at the reception. We had to wait more than 1 hour. They did not cook but ordered from another resrtaurant, then heated it up by microwave. The taste was very bad. It's not worth for the money we spent for the foods. I am not prefer any food service like that.
Review:
+ Pros: the room is small but well arranged, fully equipped with amenities, including a spacious kitchen and balcony. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Bonus points for the thoughtful gesture of a flan dessert offered to guests after check-in.
+ Cons: the hotel is located on a small street but not too quiet, and the soundproofing is not good. Sleep is disturbed by noise.

Positive points: The location is great, quiet and close to everything. The bed was very comfortable.
Negative points: It lacked charm. They didn’t leave things you would need to cook etc. so it’s not as well appointed as we would have liked. There was an animal in the wall/ceiling that was scratching in the middle of the night, which was disconcerting. We mentioned it to the owner, but didn’t get a response. We didn’t see any droppings in the apartment so it was just a nuisance more than anything.

Positive points:
The apartment was located on top floor with an amazing view. The landscaping along the patio area reflected its tropical environment. I was looking for a place that was as historically authentic as possible to Vietnam culture and was not disappointed.
The manager and cleaning staff were so polite and respectful. It was truly a place of relaxation for me.
Negative points: The shower water was tepid at best.
