Review: This hotel is located down a small alley that requires you to approach on foot, and which it is almost impossible for Hanoi taxi drivers to find (my taxi driver spent 20 minutes driving around the block and making several phone calls to hotel staff before finally finding the alleyway entrance). When you check in, instead of any kind of friendly welcome, they hand you a long list of rules . The front desk is unattended after 5:30PM, and you have to rely on sending emails to staff who are not on location to perform basic functions such as unlocking the front gate, entering the front door, or gaining access to your room in case you have accidentally left your key card in your room. When trying to call staff who are supposedly on duty, you get a reply back saying I am busy please send an email instead.nThe rooms are tiny and have bars on all the windows, so that you would literally be trapped in any kind of emergency. It feels very confined and unsafe. Fire exit/stairways are not labelled and there is no signage to direct you, and as mentioned above, there are no staff onsite to assist you after 5:30PM. My room had no hot water, only very tepid/cool water. Overall this is not a good value for money, not safe, and not professionally managed. Please avoid.

Positive points: very comfortable. A hidden gem. I would not have mind living there full time if I really could.

Positive points: This is the most amazing ans high technology rent you will ever have! Even if it is within an alley, I always feel safe within.

Review: The place at night is very badnVery desertednHard to find behind a alleynVery dark at night. The receptionist is not innWe have waited and kept ringing the bell but nobody answer. In the end have to book other hotel. Look forward to this hotel but in the end the service was quite bad.

Review: We stayed for 3d2n. The moment we reached the stay from our train trip from sapa, we were informed of an early check in and were given a spared room to rest in. After checking in for 15 minutes, we were informed to check out from our room immediately to give way to another guest who also happened to check in early. There was confusion in terms of communication with thr manager, receptionist and the rest of the guest. we were then told that our room will only be available at 1pm. we chose to wander ard the streets and cafe first. When we returned to the hotel, we were stranded for a while after calling the receptionist several times. it took abt 15-20 minutes for the gates to be opened. The drain in the shower room were clogging too. the stove couldn't be used as well so it was kinda disappointing as we had bought some stuffs to cook.nnanyway, wouldnt recommend to stay here [especially ladies] as you are required to walk through dark alley to find the place. wouldn't come back here .

Review: Very reasonably priced.Nice location (20mins walk to the lake and most of the street food shop)nThe room itself is neat and bright however if you are a light sleeper you need be aware of the noise from the street. It could be pretty noisy
