Negative points: There was a mess in the room, we did a cleaning job. The maid who cleaned the room stole our bag of souvenirs bought from Thailand and of course she didn't recognize it so we didn't recover what she stole.
Review: Hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the beach. I stayed there in total around a month in this hotel but they only changed bedsheets every 5 days, however, they clean the room daily. The staff are unhelpful
Positive points: LOCATION IS GOOD
Negative points: I BOOKED SUCCESSFULLY VIA BOOKING.COM AND RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING BUT WHEN I CAME, HE SAID ALL ROOMS WERE FULL.
Review: The staff here are of cheating and even the room facilities and services are also worst. My suggestion please don’t book this room. You can get far better rooms at this price
Positive points: The bed was good
Negative points: Noise. A lot of noise: I've heard every time the elevator arrives on every floor because it makes a special sound, You can reduce ventilation noise by closing the bathroom door. But you can't do anything with screams from the restaurant below. Sometimes it lasted the whole night

Positive points: Location
Negative points: Bugs in bathroom, no hot water in shower, lot of noise coming from ac and couldn’t turn it off. Restaurant, swimming pool and cafe were closed and was not told to me.
Review: The stay was good but the breakfast was finished in between the time. They didn't have anything to refill. Most of the guest didn't get breakfast.
Positive points: now price was very low, so for that price is very good service, rooms. good size rooms, everythink needes is there bu default. so I wish best, extended more times..
Negative points: cafe not working, no breakfest.
Review: The hotel room was booked at a great price near the beach and the breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and provided quick assistance. The place was clean and convenient with parking for both motorbikes and cars. The location is near the Han River Bridge, Vincom shopping center, and the beach. If given the chance, I would definitely come back and support this hotel again.
Positive points: Nothing
Negative points: There was nothing we liked .we are from north England both in mid 50s on website it stated it had a resraunt and bar 🍸 there was no such thing .the room was in poor condition when you left the room electric went of so pointless having fridge .the chair had a big nail sticking out of it which we told reception about .we are not fussy people but I would not recommend staying there .
Review: Enthusiastic staff
Positive points: The bed was super comfy, the staff were friendly, and they let me leave my luggage/stay in the lobby for a few hours after check out!
Negative points:
Looks nothing like the photos. It was so cheap for what it was so I can’t complain too much but the pool and upstairs restaurant looked almost abandoned. It had a strange feel to it and the room was very basic. The location was fine but was about 30 min walk to the beach.
Again, for a private room for under 10$ it did the job but don’t expect what is advertised!!
Positive points: Great price, almost incredible they gave me the room for that money. Location is quite okay too, 15 minutes walking to the beach. The room had a chair and a table so I could work. TV with local channel is also there, as well as the Aircon. So, it was quite solid actually.
Negative points: The shower had a hole in the pipe, the drainage was stuck and the restaurant on the second floor looked abandoned. The key had trouble opening the door, the sensor not working properly. The stuff is not really enthusiastic about their job. You could probably sneak five people and they wouldn't notice. Drunk teen-agers are quite loud outside. Anyway, for me it was still a value for the money.
Positive points: Eveything. Staff are super nice.
Negative points: Nothing.

Pros: Staff and location is satisfactory
Cons: Communication problem with staff and manager due to language limitation. The manager insisted I pay extra for my child even though I showed my agoda confirmation that shows 3 adults and 1 child.
Positive points: The location was very centric with cafes nearby and 24-7 mart. The service was great. The beds were very very comfy and didn’t feel like getting out of bed.
Negative points: Didn’t allow early check in. Made us wait an hour to check in at 2 pm. Not very hot water in washroom.
