Review: Nice modern Hotel, good value if discounted. Pool is quite plain but kept well. Small gym. Stayed in both standard double and the small apartment room. Worth extra for the little kitchenette and washing machine.
Comfortable beds and good wifi. Shop across the road is handy. Secure Parking under hotel for bikes.
Quiet location and a nice sky bar nearby. Recommend the hotel.

Positive points: I booked a room for a friend to arrive at 5 am on December 12 so I booked the room for the night of December 11 - so my reservation should have lasted until noon on December 12. I sent a message to the hotel telling them that it would be a very late checkin for this room - they acknowledged my message to them. The hotel charged me for a "no show" for the night of December 11 and then when he arrived about 6 am on December 12 they charged him again for an "early checkin" for December 12. So they double charged for the same night!! The management cannot be trusted to deal with unusual situations.

Negative points: Double charging for the same room.

Review: Stay there for 4D3N having pleasant sleep very quiet street during night. Convenient store and food just stone away. Metro station just 3-5 min . entertainment not happen like District-1 areas.

Positive points: Great hotel for short stays, especially for business travelers to Thao Dien or Ho Chi Minh in general. Location is good, in the heart of thao dien, a very vibrant and full of restaruants and bars area.

Negative points: Balconies have a wall view, but it was not a big issue, we didn't stay much in the rooms haha
