Positive points: The room is proper. Nothing special.

Negative points: It’s far from the tourists spots and roads going in the hotel is so steep and tiny. Customer service is not responsive and unable to speak english so it’s really hard to communicate with her. We even ask a day before if they accept card payments but unfortunately there’s no response so we ended up withdrawing cash in the middle of the night and was almost late for our flight because of poor customer service.

Positive points: Good location, walking distance to Shopping Mall and 20-min driving to airport

Negative points: Staff was careless, booked two rooms in the afternoon, came to check-in at 9.30pm but only 1 room was ready, it’s okay as we still wanted to go out for a walk, then came back at almost 11pm but still didn’t prepare the other room? Really unprofessional. Plus their attitude was like don’t really care

Positive points: Location is good for transportations, mini market, mini restaurants, coffee shops around by walking

Negative points: The exit door was broken and could not clocked inside, it made me feeling unsafennAnd there was a big and low level sofa it not suitable for family group. nnThe lord should determine a specific customer type : tourists/ family/business stay over night or local couples stay for couple hours

Review: My younger sister went to check in at 8pm (check in starts at 2pm usually) she was not able to access the room and sat waiting in the wait room for 3 hours with all of her bags after an 8 hour flight. Unable to go get food or freshen up.nnThen finally was able to access the room and went to get food, when she got back they’d put her in the wrong room initially and thrown all her belongings out into the right room.nnThe ‘right’ room had very sketchy vibes, there was a door to fire escape leading to street that didn’t shut or lock, the shower was broken so had to do a weird squat over the toilet to shower, even though they spent so long ‘getting the room ready,’ they left all this random jewellery from other customers on the bed head.nnAnd I finally arrived and spent about 10 minutes laying on the bed discussing our game plan with her and literally broke into hives and a rash from the sheets which maybe had never been washed? nnI have quite low standards and recognise this is a cheap hotel but it’s unsafe and very unclean!! Review: The hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff had an awful attitude—rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The room was dirty, the amenities were neglected, and any requests for assistance were ignored or met with hostility. It felt like they didn’t care about guests at all. Avoid this place at all costs.
