Positive points: Large property in a quiet spot that’s not too far from Hoi An Old town. Free bikes to hire to make getting around easier. Helpful staff and lovely pool. Rooms are huge too!

Review: It is a cozy family run hotel. Very pleasant staff, helped us arrange transportation. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed a walkable distance to the old town. Room is spacious, comfortable beds. The only suggestion is to improve breakfast offerings to suit more international taste. Thank you!

Positive points: Our room was big, clean and warm. We had a hot shower and it only took us a few minutes to get to the old town of Hoi An. Staff were friendly and helpful i.e. helped us with our bus tickets to Hue.

Review: Totally scammed by reviewers, absolutely disgusting, made holidays disaster, moldy rooms, dirty bathroom, rats running around the place not recommending at all, youll get scammed for sure!

Positive points: The room was large, clean and comfortable. plenty of towels and changed regularly. Aĺ toiletries supplied and kettle, fridge and hair drier.

mUnfortunately couldn't make use of the pool.as.it was raining Breakfast was really good. Choice of fruit and yoghurt and Eggs served on a spicy sauce dish. Bikes for use and Yan helped with tours. The staff were lovely 😍

Review: Had a fantastic week here in a quiet street not far from the old town. Was made to feel very welcome by the staff and would definitely stay here again next time!

Positive points: Great breakfast, lots of choice. Brilliant clean pool - large spacious bedroom. Good internet and the staff felt like family and were so helpful. Liked the nail bar had a great manicure there. Brilliant communication and helped arranged transportation. Would definitely stay there again.

Review: Pros:
- Location is good and less than 10 minutes to the old town
- Friendly and helpful staff
- bikes and scooters provided (bikes for free, but a little tlc is needed with these)
- good size and clean swimming pool
- decent breakfast for price overall, pancakes were tasty
- spacious rooms

Cons:
- the early morning wake up by the birds next door - bring ear plugs
- rooms slightly dated but no real complaints for the price
- small amount of mould in bathroom, which is due to shower / toilet being combined

Positive points: Lovely staff, very helpful and communicative. Great breakfast - very large clean room & pool. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely go back next time.

Review: This place was the best of the 7 hostels/homestays that I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Vietnam! Giangg and the family that provides the homestay were unbelievably welcoming and friendly. I truly wish that I had stayed longer than the 5 nights that I had here. It wasn't enough time! There is so much to do and see in Hoi An, and this is the perfect place to stay at while you explore it all.

Positive points: Great value for money, quiet location very close to the old town. Helpful attentive staff, offered to book things for us at slightly below market rates. Breakfast included with tea, juice and menu selection. Free pushbike rental!

Positive points: Great home stay with fantastic host. They really want to get to know you and you feel very welcomed.
We went for private room, it was very big and bed very comfortable.
Good selection of breakfast and it gets freshly cooked for you every morning.
WiFi connection is one of the best we had in entire South East Asia

Review: Room was large, clean and the out door area of the garden, pool and relaxing area are great. Really quite place but short walking distance to the old town. Family/staff can't do enough for you. Giang was very helpful with tours etc and a brilliant person.

Positive points: This homestay was incredible. Beautiful facilities. The pool was so clean, breakfast was so nice. We extended our stay twice! The family are so lovely and you feel so taken care of and safe. Its also really near some delicious street food so that will save the pockets instead of eating in the old town centre!

Review: Hotel provided free bicycle and also has scooter rental service , just few minutes away from Hoi An ancient town by bicycle or walking, the food is not much option but it’s good enough for us . And very helpful staff

Positive points: On reading past reviews it is pertinent to point out that this is a home stay and not a hotel - it is family run who live on site and they cook for you, tend to laundry and are always around and trying to engage with you. This is their home, so expect to be involved and afforded a lot of care but they’re not butlers/there for your every whim!! That said, they take very good care of you and are extremely helpful and friendly, even with a language barrier. The rooms are large and well supplied with a fridge, hair dryer and TV. They can do your laundry and help with booking local tours. Free bicycles and free breakfast, and the pool is amazing! Again not a hotel but can’t fault it for the price and location, just a short walk to old town and easy cycle to the beach.
