Review: I didn't have the best time here.
Postive: big bed, rooms are quite clean, nice pool, location is right at the beach but the beach wasn't nice

Cons: The food at the restaurant wasnt very good. Just edible unfortunately. Don't order the western food as it's not don't well.
The bathroom is an outside one so your constantly getting bitten by mosquitoes when you go in and out of the bathroom.
The staff forgot gj charge me for a meal when I checked out so they somehow found me on WhatsApp and asked for their money.

Positive points: Beautiful villas, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great pools, there is laundry facilities right across the hotel which is very convenient. Hotel is a bit of a walk to everything but it’s fairly flat and the area is small, so not a deal breaker. The place is very clean.

Review: The location, beautiful gardens, friendly staff and pools right by the beach made for a wonderful relaxing stay.
It's a bit tired and frayed ar the edges. We had to change rooms as a few things didn't work. The new room was fine and staff understanding.
Food and drinks are over priced compared with local restaurants.
The Agoda booking was completely messed up. 5 nights became 2+2 with a gap in the middle! So we were asked to check out in the middle of the stay! Complete mess up by Agoda (booking came to hotel from Expedia!) and the sales team for the hotel who are not on site. Makes me question whether I'll use Agoda again

Positive points: Snorkling and diving were fantastic. I'm a beginning diver, and the dive master was great

Review: Room was big, however we had to moved room due to air conditioning not working. Left hot for a night.
Need improvement on its cleanliness at the overall resorts, toilet, shower, menu on breakfast as well need attention. Beware of lots of mosquitoes specially after sunset.

Positive points: Good location, exactly located on the front of the beach. Good breakfast.

Review: When we visited there were not a lot staying there. It was so quiet and relaxing. 3 pools to choose from and the ocean at this time of the year is crystal clear. Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and really understand hospitality.

Review: The staff are so friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It was quiet while we were there and sitting in the restaurant listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The ocean was crystal clear and beautiful to swim in. The pools were clean and refreshing. Loved our overnight stay here.

Positive points: The room is quite big and clean, staff was helpfull, there is dive center inside the resort, Bli wayan as a dive guide very well know about the dive spot and will drive you to see the criters you want to see there..
Very recommended place to stay..

Review: Nice hotel our roo. Was very co.fortable. nice big pools and on the beach. We found the restaurant a little pricey for what we got.

Review: I loved my stay here. Right on the beach in Pemuteran. 3 pools. Very spacious and well maintained grounds. The room was large and well appointed, lovely great bed, great a/c. There are mosquitos despite the best efforts of staff, but they were not particularly voracious.
ALL staff members are wonderful! The food could use an upgrade but was fine. Had a really good massage at the Spa. Altogether an excellent stay for the price. The mosque nextdoor has loud prayer announcements so don’t be startled. Would definitely stay again.

Positive points: Lovely resort, room huge with outdoor toilet area.. staff all very helpful. Breakfast a good mix of choices.

Positive points: We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and always very attentive. they have a whatsapp number you can message if you need anything e.g at the pool. The food was fantastic, although breakfast is very basic. The dinner was simply scrumptious. We stayed here for our honeymoon and 9 nights, and we were not disappointed. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and beautiful. The shower was such a unique experience. The beach and lounge area was great as well and we used all amenities on a daily basis. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Review: It is best location if you are planning to do diving/snokelling in the Mejangan island. it is located in a quiet town with not a lot of tourists. The hotel is very beautiful, staff are friendly. The downside is there are quite a lot of bugs and mosquitos around. But it is common in tropical places.

Positive points: Great location right on the beach. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room clean and a good size.
