Review: Beautiful room and fantastic location, excellent staff and reasonably pricednnOnly problem was the restaurant owner at the front (separate business) partying with his friends till 2 and 3 in the morning, right in front of the rooms, TV blaring, yelling to each other over the sound of it. Refused to respect the hotel guests when asked to be quiet. nI lost $3 million IDR because I couldn't do an all day mountain bike tour on 2 hours sleep. And had to cancel at 0400 on the day.nSome euro trash, not Balinese 👎🏼

Review: Always liked this little place. Not the best but suits the needs for just a day. Walkable to beach in 5 mins.

Review: This was a place i stayed at while i had to wait 2 days for someone it was in a great location. I didnt realise the pool but once i did i was impressed at how clean it was . Friendly staff . Overall its a fair place for the price

Review: I had to change room 3 times coz the aircon leaked water badly, some taps broken, room dirty dusty and floor with lots of lizard poo and ants, windows and slidng doors stuck, bathroom dirty stained, many lights not working or without bulbs, staff overworked, had to ask for room cleaning daily, the list goes on, they must do major overhaul or just close down.

Review: Kokoro is a small place with maybe a dozen rooms on 2 levels. It has a pool, a pool table and a restaurant. The staff were awesome (ask them for a game of pool if you dare!). A clean and aircon'd room, with a great location. I just spent a week exploring all of Sanur, from the South to the North. I can say this is a great location. Easy access to active parts of the beach, as well as close to a good selection of food and drink locations, as well as a larger supermarket.

Review: The hotels seems to be old, which requires a lot of maintenance work, the ceiling have black patches, in the sink the hot water tap doesn't works, after keeping the temperature to 16°C also the AC doesn't cools the room, the shower are clogged due to which the water comes very slow, and most importantly if you want hot water you have to take bath at least for an hour, because the pressure is very slow, there is no telephone inside the rooms to call the reception if you need anything, only the good thing was receptionist was helpful but when we complain regarding the rooms he said if you dint like it we xan cancel it. But then also we have to stay in that hotel for 2 nigts WORST Experience

Review: staff member said all rooms had the same worn out AC, and fully bookednnAC not cold enough during the day, nice furniture but cracks in the cement of the walls, bathroom taps difficult to open, toilet didn't flush properly - had to keep pushing continuously for about a minutenbath tub reasonably ok and hot water ok

Review: Pictures are old, not what you expect when you see the pictures. Not clean nAlthough the staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good. Location is good
