Review: close to the beach, very clean, friendly and super helpful staff

Positive points: Staff was super kind and it was cozy enough for the price point. I will say, it’s not stated in the booking but using AC for just one night cost me an extra $100,000 idr which kind of shocked me, especially because AC is listed as an included amenity. Like many other reviews, i did not like that the birds were in cages and some of them were also covered by blankets (maybe for the rain?) which really broke my heart but wasn’t realistic for me to rebook somewhere else. Over all, it was a nice place to stay the day before my flight and the location was very nice.

Review: The place is much bigger now 20 yrs on . Beautiful garden and such an inviting cool swimming pool. Staff are always very attentive. Basic Bali breakfast tasty tropical fruits toast and jam. Our standard room was large with ceiling fan fridge &balcony no aircon. The fan was very effective at keeping us cool. Very close to Icon Mall and lots of Wurangs and massage parlours close by. Will definitely come back.

Review: Don't expect it to be a great place with all facilities, we stayed from 11pm to 7am, it was okay. No AC at this place so be mindful about that.

Review: Nice place, sejuk, byk pohon, burung, ada kolam renang, sy dpt kamar yg pake fan and no TV but that's okay. Seharian pasti jalan2 ke Mal dan pantai so no problem.nAda kulkas ukuran sedang, ada water heater, tempatnya bukan bangunan baru tapi bersih. Staff ramah. I stayed 4 night with my daughter.

Positive points: yulia 1 is a very charming, magical little homestay that feels like a quiet paradise amidst the bustle of sanur. the pool is pretty and refreshing, the rooms large and with good, quiet air conditioning. the grounds are lush and pretty with many gorgeous statues around the property. staff is very kind. breakfast is simple, with two thick pieces of whole grain toast, butter, jam , a fruit bowl and coffee or tea. if you want to add egg it is 5,000 rupiah more. my friend and i were both very charmed by yulia 1. we both had deluxe rooms on the second floor which came with a large fridge and safe. id stay here again in a flash! much preferred for us than louder, busy hotels. the family running the homestay are very sweet people.

Review: 我们因为赶不及最后一班船临时决定在码头附近住一晚 酒店早餐本来七点开始 我们要赶第二天最早一班船问老板能不能六点半吃早餐 本来说好六点四十五就可以 结果老板还是六点半就☝️早餐了还送到了我们房间门口🥹🥹

Positive points: The place is very calm with lots of greenery, breakfast was above the average of what we're used to in similar places, and the owner was kind - although we decided to cancel our reservation and leave after the first day (see below why).

Review: We had room 4c right outside the pool...location is good across the road from the iconic mall and breakfast was fresh and nice with good coffee...highly recommended.

Review: Veel groen, mooi en fijn zwembad. Kamers basic, ik denk dat je meer voor de locatie betaalt. Ventilator niet erg krachtig. Personeel kan vriendelijker, zoals jongen achter de receptie. Het scheelt al zoveel als er even vriendelijk wordt gelachen of gegroet in het voorbijgaan, dit moest steeds vanuit ons komen.

Positive points: Perfectly adequate fresh breakfast.rnGarden and pool area delightful.

Review: Great and big room worth the price, great location, plenty of restaurant outside, but for a long stay I would prefer to pay something more and have a richer breakfast. I woke up in the morning thinking to be in a jungle, it was amazing, nice pool and nice balcony in the room ☺️.

Positive points: Location is close to Icon Mall. It is within walking distance to a nice dine in and/or a little shopping place.nInside, it is a peacefull place, surrounded by bird's sounds..nThe fruits for breakfast is always fresh.
