Review: We only booked this to keep within our budget as our next stay was at a 5 star hotel. The room was huge, the bed was extremely comfortable and balcony of great size. The pool was clean and breakfast was basic but acceptable with limited variety. We had everything we required as was out and about most days. Air conditioner was really good. It is a traditional Balinese hotel that was quite quaint.
Positive points: Good location, Good amenities, great New Year’s party. Good staff.
Negative points: The property needs an overhaul for cleaning. Scrub the far stairs, (by the bar), the water line and inside filters of the pool. Pretty dirty.
Review: Great little spot not far from the beach and shops of Sanur.
Positive points: Size of the room, pool access, very pretty, pool was warm, bathtub was HUGE
Negative points: Bit of mold on nightstands, bathroom was outdated, poolside bar closed indefinitely
Review: It is a nice hotel with friendly staff, swimming pool and provided a walking distance to the Sanur beach.

Review: An impressive thatched roof well away from the busy streets. It has all the amenities that you would require. It’s very soothing to relax around the pool. The hotels restaurant is very reasonably priced-

Positive points: Sativa Sanur Cottages are the quint essential old style Bali accommodation, the room is large with a nice balcony overlooking the pool area, the thatched roofs really add to appeal of this old style facility, the breakfast menu is adequate and tasty.
Negative points: For this facility to have relevance into the future and appeal to the traveler as a preferred choice of stay, the whole facility needs a make over, things like the thatched roof that gives it is tropical appeal really need maintenance, rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint and a change of decor, tables, chairs lighting, the bathroom is tired and must be difficult for the staff to get clean, again they need a modern lift.

Review: First floor room was quite large with high ceiling. The AC worked well, and room was serviced daily. Very nice swimming pool that we made use of, however breakfast was not included so cannot comment on restaurant. Supermarket next-door, and easy 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of eating drinking places. Just be wary of the small money changers, we were ripped off at Warung Ketut, 18 Jl Cemara, lost idr 900,000 nApart from our misfortune we enjoyed our stay.
Positive points: Great location at the right end of Sanur! Great staff from manager to gardeners, security, hospitality etc. Room size and balcony were excellent. Pool good size.
Negative points: Once a grand place she is a bit tired now. Pathways need redoing, shower was just okay, just needs some TLC.
Review: We spent 5 nights here and it was definitely the highlight of our Sanur visit. Where to begin? The room was spacious and highlighted by a big bathtub our little kids loved. The pool is fantastic. The restaurant staff were great. The hotel rented us bikes with children seats for a few bucks to see the coast. Breakfast was good. Sanur beach is underwhelming in my opinion, but the hotel was not. We really got to unwind and relax here!

Negative points: The rooms are starting to be on the worn side. Bed and bathroom great. Floors in the rooms need a thorough cleaning
Review: Nice place to stay staff are great and facilities are good. I just don't think it is worth the price they charge for rooms.
Positive points: The pool was great, the rooms were nice, and the staff were amazing! The location is perfect as it’s a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are tons of great restaurants nearby.
