9.2 How to contact them? - Ma 20-06-2025

Review: Had a little problem in contacting them through Agoda, emailed them before my flight because I wasnt receiving any check in instructions and they replied after 12 hours explaining that they post here. I had no problems checking in but that was weird.

Positive points: Great value, easy check in, close to subway, Seoul station.

Negative points: Breakfast time starts a little late at 8:30am. If you’re planning to have an early breakfast it’s not convenient.

Review: The location is very convenient for us, as we can easily access both the bus and subway. We can navigate easily to either the Hoehyeon or Bukchang-dong stops. The breakfast is simple, but it is served nicely. We stayed in both a double room and a twin room. Since we are two petite friends, the rooms are more than sufficient for us. I particularly prefer the twin room because it has a spacious bathroom.

Positive points: Great location, airport limo (bus) stop was less than a block away, across the street. Regular bus line and subway stop were also less than a block away. Smooth check in, although front desk guy just zoomed by all the rules and after hours entry info. Bed was fine. Walking distance from Namdeamun and Myeondong markets.

Negative points: Heater is pretty loud, I think there was a red light on all the time from the heater which would affect the top bunk a lot. Shower water temp fluctuated a lot while inward snorting around 11pm. Cold would turn scalding hot without me moving the temp dial any.

Positive points: Property is close to Seoul Station and airport bus stops. Staff were also very helpful and accommodating. They provided regular updates and clear instructions for self check-in and check-out. Good value considering similar hostels charged for the same price for rooms with shared bathrooms.

Negative points: Room was a bit cold since the heater went on and off.

Positive points: The Guesthouse is located near Hoehyeon metro station.rnadaptor and light bulb provided in the room.rnLaundry service is available in the afternoon.rnLuggage can be stored in the morning before 3 pm check in and after check out until 8 pm

Negative points: The entrance lock at late night, need password to open.rnThis is a good security but once I back to guesthouse at 11 pm, the lock seem no response.rnI cannot enter the password, Fortunately someone go outside and open the door.

Negative points: Room is too small, bathroom and shower are not separated, climbing bed is not easy and safe. This room is not good for family to stay. Only for youth students.
