Review: I would recommend the Emerald Boutique Hotel Danang to family and friends if they are seeking above-average hotel accommodation for less than 235K VND per night near the Phước Mỹ beach area of Đà Nẵng. I am currently on my 16th night in the “Deluxe Twin City View” Room 703, and if the good service is maintained, I plan to stay in Room 703 for another 100 nights.

However, I do not recommend the Hotel’s optional breakfast buffet, which only costs 50K VND per hotel guest who is not in a tour group. The breakfast buffet’s food selection and quantity are below average for a 4-star Vietnamese hotel that advertises itself as serving a breakfast buffet daily. On December 12, 2024, at about 7 am, the limited food selection and quantity were so minimal that there were only single trays of plain bread, sponge cake, small apples, dragon fruit, and two bowls of soup. What upset me the most on this occasion was when I requested but was denied a bowl of soup because the two bowls were reserved for other types of guests, even though I was the only guest in the restaurant. This denial of food made me realize that the breakfast buffet service is mainly to meet a requirement of tour groups and that guests of tour groups have higher priority than non-tour group hotel guests like me. This upsetting incident also made me realize that after having the Hotel’s breakfast buffet at least 10 times to try to foster some business for the Buffet, I should no longer do so.

Review: The housekeeping and reception personnel are nice and helpful. The “Deluxe Twin City View” Room 703 was clean with no indication of mold and pests. However, the electrical outlet near the beds did not work. I am currently on my 7th day at the Emerald Boutique Hotel Danang, and I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Review: Ac loud noise, street bar noise. Dirt and smelly bedding 907, 1009, 809, 1207! Irresponsible night male staff!

Review: Dirty noisy room from ac! Irresponsible male staff denied to accommodate me for a clean room! A male come to my room supposed to fix my ac but he left without a word! Family lives in the building on 13th.and 15th floor that I never aware of.
