Dream Guest House Myeongdong

Review: My other accommodation was sold out for 3 days while I needed to be in Goyang. This was the only option available as hotels within the area were sold out as well. I was fine with the bed though not going up of the bunk bed when the stairs going up were too thin (with small bars only) to step into. It was painful on my feet. I did not like the smell of the room whenever I enter as it was like moldy & did not smell clean at all. The towels were the same & did not seem clean for me too, unfortunately. However, location wise, it was great as right across Namdaemun market. There was an elevator and common area for dining.

Positive points: Kind staff, clean, comfy bed, great location and good price n-2 mins to Hoehyeon subway stationn-8 mins by walk to Seoul Station n-7 mins walk to Myeongdong arean-5 mins to Namsan Park(start point)nRecommend!

Review: One of the best reason to stay here is the location. Location is superb! Just across the Namdaemun Market. Nearby Hoehyeon Station Exit 3. Safe neighborhood for female solo traveller. Not much interaction with the owner but everything is made easy. The owner also has a positive vibe. I have no complain about the place. The only cons is with who you share the room with, sometimes your roomate is good sometimes is not. Overall is good.

Positive points: Location, price, and stay. I was able to walk to the bus station (with just a backpack) that took me straight to the Incheon airport. The host was nice.

Review: The room same with the photos posted, each room has their own T&B. 24hrs CCTV around the premises. nSpacious for dormtype, the host is nice and accommodating. Good location near Namdaemun Market, exit 3 of Hoehyeon subway station.

Positive points: Location is awesome, the staff was very friendly, everything was clean, nice big lockers, beds have curtains, fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay again.

Review: I booked a last minute concert in Goyang and needed a place to stay near Seoul station. My stay was short as I was leaving early for the airport on my 2nd night so I didnt want to spend too much on hotels. nnThe location is convenient and near airport bus stop and Namdaemun market. Common area has water dispenser, microwave, water heater, fridge and eating wares.nnThe bed was thin and was just covered by a thick blanket, so might be a turn off. Lockers are available but for small bags and backpacks only. Two towels are provided per day but are small.nnAs with any shared dorm type of accommodation, you wont be able to choose your roommates so if you are a light sleeper or gets easily awakened by sounds or light, i wont suggest you book a shared room. Or maybe bring an eye mask and a durable ear plug (the one provided was too soft)

Positive points: Excellent location, accessile thru Airport Limousine bus and Line 4 subway. A very short walk to Nandaemun Market, and a 10min walk to Myeongdong. Has nice shared kitchen and pantry. Room was cleaned daily.

Positive points: By far THE BEST place in Seoul I’ve stayed in.nLOCATION is amazing, 2 mint walk from the train station & 5 mint walk from the local market & the city center.nYou can easily get to all the touristy places from there.nnRooms are so new, clean and spacious ( which is rarely to find in Seoul)nnThere was very good AC, heater, hair dryer, towels in the room.nnAnother major advantage is the big kitchen and common area where you can leave your luggage, make tea or even do some work from there. nnStaff is also very nice,Absolutely loved it

Positive points: Dream Guesthouse was a comfortable place to stay in Seoul. It’s located near public transport, which made it very easy to get around the city. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value for money, especially for travelers looking to explore Seoul with ease.

Review: It's literally 2 minutes walk from subway station. The host was really accomodating, kind and helpful. We stayed in a 6people family room. Though room is pretty basic but all ammenities is available around the reception area. The host was kind to let us check in early so we could enjoy the day. He also helped us with storing our luggage after check out & assist us to board the taxi when we left the guesthouse. Highly recommended !

Review: I came an hour early and my bed was ready for me. They already printed out an instruction to access the property so very smooth and easy process. One thing I want to mention is the toilet which attached each room and someone there you can't use for both shower and toilet.
