Review: Never clean the bed or room? No tea, no sugar, no coffee. Very noisy all day. No enough towel. No enough stuff, worse experienced

Review: The hotel is quite far from the train station, near the bus stop, in the central area. The hotel is fairly clean but lacks many power outlets, making it difficult to charge phones. The soundproofing in the rooms is not good, and there were noises in the walls at night. The reception staff is not friendly, does not help carry guests' luggage even though they have a lot of bags to manage, and also does not assist in booking taxis for guests. The hotel staff is really poor.
