Chungmuro Residence and Hotel

Review: Clean and simple room for family of 5, easy access to trains and bus and enough resturant for food. Only challenges is when rain or snow, there’s no shelter to the place.

Review: This hotel is jst walking distance to seouls hotspot tourist location.nnThe bus, subway station is jst ard the corner walking distance and theres a few convenient stores nearby.nnThe staff is very friendly and they also providr free coffee downstairs at the common area.

Review: We stayed here for 6days5nights and we had the best stay. Staff are friendly, they allowed early checkin since room has been cleaned. Place is less than 10mins walk from Chungmuro Station and one ride away from Myeongdong. There’s also BHC Chicken and Olive BBQ chicken, fastfood, convenience store near the hotel. Easy to find

Review: The staff at this hotel were SO lovely. The location was also super convenient. +-20 minute walk to Myeongdong shopping area. It was peaceful, with a gorgeous view of the N-Seouo Tower. The room was gorgeous, with floor to ceiling windows. n10/10 would recommend

Review: When i asked whether is there any heater in my room, i have to use google translate to communicate with the staff. However since there is no heater in my room, the staff gave me more blanket instead which i appreciate

Review: I went to pay for the room deposit 1 hour before check in time and left my luggage for storage and to be collected when I came back for full check in at night . To my surprise, the hotel staff informed my room being cancelled by Agoda in the morning and thus they had no more room for me as all the room being taken. I demand explanation if it was canceled in the morning,I should be informed in the afternoon when I paid the deposit and my name was clearly written in their check in list. Only later they admitted the staff canceled my room by mistake. They refunded my deposit, it really wasted my time and expenses to this hotel. This type of dishonest and below expectation hotel should not be listed in Agoda.

Review: Rooms , beds and bathroom were too small , good thing we booked 2 rooms for our family . If you want a value for your money , then this hotel is just fine. Overall , we would like to book here again . Very near subway station , walking around the area was quite an experience.

Positive points: It was easy to find. The hotel sent me directions that were easy to follow it was a good thing because Google maps isn't accurate there and the local mapping app was difficult for me to use. The directions they sent were perfect on the train from ICN. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I had a very early flight and she arranged transportation for me since the train didn't run early enough. There was free water in the lobby. The location was good as it was close to the subway. They give you a little bag of amenities which include a toothbrush and toothpaste which was nice as well. There were plenty of outlets in the room. It was quiet. It's a great value for the money you spend.
