Review: Just not worth the money, the place is also hot
Positive points: Amazing view, friendly service, big and clean space. Highly recommend! Will visit again.

Positive points: Staff were very kind and considerate, asked about my day, assisted me in all of my issues.
Review: The staff is very helpful and friendly. He caught a taxi in the middle of night by the roadside for us to get to Incheon airport.
Positive points: I needed to stay in this area as I attended an event there but other than that I don't think I will stay in this area again. As far as the hotel goes, it was nothing wonderful and out of the ordinary. I loved hearing the trains throughout the night as it brought back childhood memories.
Negative points: The hotel is old, the bed is stiff and will cause you to have a rough sleep. The trains go right next to the hotel and if you are sensitive to noise then this is NOT the place for you. Overall, for the price I paid, I have had much better accommodation than that. The room is also not well lit as all the lights didn't switch on. Bonus point for having a bidet but I won't be staying there again.
Review: The hotel is located right next to the train station and right in front of a bus stop. The staff members were helpful and nice. They were able to speak English.
Positive points: Good location and generally clean rooms.
Negative points: We had an unfortunate water leak in our room and the staff didn't do quite a good job of handling the problem and made us comfortable and taken care of. We did get a room transfer to one of the same price but with a different design, with the problem they honestly should have compensated us with an upgrade or anything else aside from a room transfer.

Review: Except for the check-in time which was a little bit inconvenient, everything was great. The staff were so nice and kind, supporting everything we asked for. They even automatically provided us with a switch, how lovely 🥰 The place is very convenient to move around, with 2 nearby bus stations. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Review: Bathtub and view was nice, but it was loud because of the KTX. Room is quite small but good for me because I needed to be near the ktx.
Positive points: The bathtub next to the big window and you could see the trains. It is pleasant to see TV while you are inside.
Negative points: I found a cockroach together with me in the morning and told the staff but he didn't seem to be a big deal. rnrnThe mattress is way too hard to sleep on it
