The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and check in quickly.
The room is new and beautiful. The decor looks very luxurious
Especially the view of the lake is extremely beautiful, convenient to travel.

Negative points: The host assisted us remotely through WhatsApp by way of messaging and phone calls. It felt like I was being scammed at first but everything worked out .
Review: We had booked via Agoda for 3 bedded apartment and received Agoda confirmation. To our horror, when we reached the apartment, there was no reception, only security guard who does not read/speak English. We finally managed to contact the property owner but was told that there was no 3 bedded. They put us in a 2 bedded apartment which 5 of us squeezed in. On the next day, they told us that the 3 bedded is still not available, then silence…..
Positive points: The location is good
Negative points: The apartment had a bad smell. Old towels were provided. There were no dustbins in the apartment. We booked to stay for two days but checked out in one! We actually asked for a refund but the owner did not pick up our calls.

Positive points: Great location in district 3. bedrooms and living rooms are large.
Negative points: Bathroom is small. The kitchen could have some more bowls, plates and utensils for 3-4 persons.
Positive points: Very nice room, close to the center but this place is quieter, reasonable choice if you want to rest with less noise

Positive points: a complex of apartments, hotels, entertainment and cinema. I really like the apartment here, the room is fully furnished, you should try it once.
Negative points: The Host did not even remember us, different group keep asking us who the Host, we waited for 40 minutes for them to turn up, the bed linen is smelly and need replace urgently, the boiling jug is dirty, someone was cooking food in there and no one is washing it, i can t boil water, everything we use has to be washed, we have to buy drinking water toilet paper, tissue. the host did say that i had a bigger room than the one we booked, i asked if i can get full refund to find onether place, the answer was no, i need to check with the web, in the end we stay and clean , after 9 nights, they rang and said the room is sold so i need to move to another building, and prepare to refund the 2 nights, i am due to flight out and did not to spend time looking for another place, so we decided to move, this new one is cleaner, and again air con is leaking water i asked it to be fixed nothing happen and i asked for a bucket, nothing turn up,
Negative points:
I booked a 1 bedroom + 1 living apartment and when I got there it was a studio, which had nothing to do with the pictures. It was extremely dirty, all the tables and surfaces were sticky and the bathroom had mold.
I told the guy that I can stay only 1 night because it was already dark and the apartment is not what I booked. After checkout they charged my card for a whole week and til this day I didn’t receive my money back.
Some of the sockets and light switches had duct tape on them
You cannot access the pool.
Positive points: Awesome service, reasonable priced and friendly host. Clean and comfortable rooms with stunning views over the city. Locality is great and convenient, near center of the city.
