Positive points: I liked the cooperation of all the staff, specially all the teams around reception where amazing. Very Cooperative, fraindly.
Negative points: The only thing is the hotel is fully surrounded by big buildings and no views.

Negative points: They’ll be doing Renovation(which is needed). No Room Service-Restaurant-Coffee Shop(I believe they’ll Reopen Restaurant) which has been Closed during/after Corona.

Negative points: Bathroom very poorly designed - unable to keep floor dry shower ran under glass panes - slippery and bad - toilet floor always very wet- soap and shampoo veryyyy small - bring your own - Only gives one hotel room key which is frustrating

Review: The double suite was quite big and had a huge bath tub. I do think it was slightly overpriced, the rooms don’t have a nice view. Overall, it was a great stay.
Positive points: The staff were amazing! Check in was a breeze and the staff helped us with our luggage even outside of the hotel when we arrived. They also helped us when we checked out and even called a jumbo taxi for us to go to the airport . The room is very spacious and they provide a great array of toiletries.
Negative points: It would be nice if they had more outlets and USB ports for us to use especially for the foreigners that don't have the appropriate adapters. Gangnam area is also not as much of a walkable city so be prepared to commute.
