Điểm cộng: Everything! Seriously, everything! The food, the staff, the room, the private pool we hadl, all top notch with big taste and elegance! Wow!!+nI have a severe food allergy that can kill me and they worked very hard to be creative in the kitchen so I could have verity, so incredibly kind!

Điểm trừ: I seriously can not split any hairs to make something up.....nIf you take a tour suggestion from them, a local will provide the service, which I loved! We did have air conditioning but it was definitely a local vehicle and not a newer vehicle you would see other private drivers using. I personally love knowing a local received our money and not a big wig corporation.

Điểm cộng: Property was excellent and wonderful. Views were breathtaking. Staff was very humble, kind ,helpful and sweet.

Điểm trừ: There were lots of insects and birds making noises which were making us scared at nights. And after 10pm no staff member is there to look after.

Điểm cộng: Amazing place from the location, property decoration, amazing panoramic swimming pool with great view at sunset and sunrise. The food is amazing and reasonable price for dinner quality.

Đánh giá: My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon (Bali-moon) and the place, food, service, staff, etc. is amazing! Everything is amazing and perfect! We stayed in their Grand Suite Room with own pool and they served us floating breakfast. Plus Aprillia is a great receptionist! Miss you guys! We will surely be back! ❤️

Điểm trừ: Remote. Tough to access certain other sights on Nusa Penida but seems typical of most upscale resorts on the island.

Just after reaching the location, I had an injury and the way the staff reacted and helped me was very nice. I am very thankful to them. They have a nice pool

Điểm cộng: Very welcoming staff, always have a smile on their face. Loved the decor they have done in the rooms, very boho and artistic style. I had booked a private pool suite. It's very peaceful to stay there, their is a calmness around that place, a positive vibe. Really appreciate the team for doing a wonderful job. And I loved their personal welcome note on my desk.
