Positive points: It is a nice big space with a nice view and a serviceable kitchen. It was quiet, which is so hard to find in Hanoi, and nice walking distance from Tay Ho and the flower market. They had a washer dryer we could use too which was nice.

Negative points: For the price, we expected it to be much more clean and comfortable. It felt like a long term rental that had just been left. Stickers on the walls, something moulding in the kettle, random stuff in the closet so it wasn't really usable, a random mattress in the living room. The place has nice bones, but felt like it needed a deep clean and a tidy to match the price.

Positive points: There were all essential facilities in the room, including tableware and cutlery. The room was clean and spacey. We liked the small balcony as well

Negative points: Location is nice but there were problems with calling a taxi. Some of the drivers were confused by the tiny streets in this area and refused to drop us in the spot we pointed on the map

Review: The experience is not worth the money at all. The room and furnishings are old. The bed sheets and blankets were not changed, and there is a strong odor. Kitchen supplies are lacking, and the plates and utensils are not clean. The bathroom smells like sewage. There are no staff at the homestay to take care of things. Overall, it’s terrible, 1 star. I will never come back.

Review: The accommodation is quiet and clean. The room has a very beautiful view. The room is very spacious and airy. It is fully furnished. The only downside is that there is no elevator and the entrance is a bit narrow.
