Điểm cộng: The location is very good, and the staff is helpful when I checked out
Điểm trừ: I was waiting for the key for about 1 hours after checked in since I moved to the another room due to the previous room they were given to me having a terrible smell. I guess its a smoking room or something, but I requested to move to the another room and I have to wait for the key for that long.

Điểm cộng: The property was clean and located in a great location. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Đánh giá: Not suitable for family with children. Quite dirty and we can hear people walk/talk at the alley. The water heater not working. It is oky though for business traveller.
Điểm cộng: I purchased the room based mostly on price, but also proximity to the airport.
Điểm trừ: The room is small. I bought it for a friend traveling from a remote location. He said the room was not so clean. The properly literally NEVER responded to any messages from me written in English. In local language, they responded quickly. I will cancel the reservation for his return, and will not stay again.
Điểm cộng: Good location, value for money and close to food stall, kiosk and mini market around the hotel
Điểm trừ: Walls and floors of the room and bathroom so dirty, its like never been cleaned for long. Linen / bed sheet, pillow sheet and towel looks dirty. Need to renewal all the linens and change the bed as well.
