Đánh giá: The bedding hadn't been changed. the manager did quickly replace bedding when we called him.

Đánh giá: An ok hotel for the price unfortunately we arrived in the evening we discovered that the bed sheets hadn't been changed and this wasn't good. nnThe hotel manager on the night was helpful however and quickly changed the sheets.
Điểm cộng: The hotel location is center point of makassar close to the main attraction. The room is big aswell

Điểm cộng: Good location, near to Losari beach only walking distance, so many food stall and kiosk around the hotel, good breakfast
Điểm trừ: The distance between lobby to the room quite far and complicated, we have to take 2 different elevators, room looks old, towel and bed sheet need to renewal and AC was not cool even though we've already set on 16 degree celcius

Điểm cộng: Location excellent.rnVery close to Losari Beach (perhaps correctly the promenade), eatery location and shops.rnSpacious room with no direct sun coming in from the window (otherwise will heat up the room during the day).rnFor the price/location this could be considered good value.rnLaundry service just beside the hotel.
Điểm trừ: Bed/pillow sheets with stains - do not know how the hotel wash it - but could/should use bleach and wash at 90 C degree.rnComplaint about it and requested to replace it.rnBathroom rather outdated/worn out.rnRoom door of very poor quality and the handle via electronic lock have to be opened (from the outside) in certain way to get it open....however you'll learn and get used of it.rnTo get to your room (10th floor - non smoking) you have to walk quite a distance to get there.rnSeems the hotel is combined with another via a long hall way.

Đánh giá: I stayed here for couple nights before going to Toraja. The room was OK but the light was quite dimmed. The location was rock, very close to Losari beach and many local restaurants nearby. The beakfast was excellent, I really liked local dishes.

Điểm cộng: Perfect location, very easy to find. WiFi, hot water fine. Possibility to make tea and to order food in the room.
Điểm trừ: Need to pay extra for early check-in. Key card was not working, long wait for fixing. Long walk to room from elevators.
Đánh giá: I wouldn't recommend staying here as I had a bad experience with dirty sheets and towels in the hotel had holes in them.nnGood price but they are missing on quality check od rooms. Getting to your room was a hassle as you had to go to the fourth floor and walk 100 metres to another section of the hotel to get a lift to your room. nnI booked with Agoda and they said the had a bar fridge but this isn't so. When I complained they blamed Agoda but agreed that they would provide free ice for the room but they reneged on this arrangement and charged me for ice. It wasn't the cost but the principle that annoyed me.
