Đánh giá: Everything’s good I just wish there were less ‘perfume’ on sheets and everywhere.
Điểm cộng: *The staff was very helpful and courteous. One of the front desk people organized a car to Rammang-Rammang for me which turned out to be with a very reliable driver.rn*Excellent location.rn*Comfortable room.rn*Good value for the money.
Điểm trừ: *Breakfast was marginal. Lots of the items had been consumed and were not replaced with fresh new items.rn*Very noisy on my floor. Loud guests and lots of chaos after midnight. Also the canned music playing over the speakers in the hallway was a bit loud and would start playing at 7:30 in the morning.rn*The property is a bit worn and could use a little overhaul, but it's still nice enough.
Đánh giá: The hotel is very comfortable, easy access and close to everywhere, especially tourist attractions and shopping centers, the food is okay, the facilities are quite complete for a 3-star hotel.
Điểm cộng: - The room is big and well laid outn- The bed is wonderful, especially after long day of work.n- Facilities are working great (gym has some standard equipments) and pool is long l enough to do laps.n- Variety of breakfast is great. n- Valet service is amazing.n- Reception and waiting room looks fancyn- Big size bin. So we can easily throw things that is big like food box.n- Clean bathroom, hot water is greatnnIt's the best 3 star hotel I've ever been staying in Makassar.
Điểm trừ: - Front office sometimes leaves reception area. n- Breakfast (porridge section) was finished so quick because it's great and can be comforting food first thing in the morning. But the refilling system is slow.n- Still having plastic bottles in the room. Many hotels have switched to more eco-friendly options.n- Some lights are connected through one switch, so it's super light, and super dark. I prefer it to be separated, so I can adjust my light level.n- Fridge doesn't work. (Need to call maintenance first)n- safe deposit box doesn't work. (Need to call maintenance first)n- Hair dryer is not working. (Need to call maintenance first)

Đánh giá: The 8fl seems smell of smoking residue, also the room AC, although it s gone as u used too.nI ask for regular room make up, but found out the used glass is not washed. There is no coffee or tea for my 2nd nite stay.
