A Villa Gili Air

Đánh giá: The villa for the price provided is absolutely a great value. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, very good breakfast and free 15 mins massage. nnHowever, it needs some renovation and place is looking tired (paints peeling off ceiling and walls), need to trim weeds and grasses around pool area and needs some varnishing around wooden features

Điểm cộng: We loved our stay here! We were met at the harbour with a sign and friendly smile. The staff were so kind and friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay. They helped organise bicycles, laundry and any other questions and tips we needed for the island. Our room was lovely and quiet, we really enjoyed the pool side loungers. They kindly put mosquito repellent sticks in every evening. Our breakfast was always on time and was good. Would definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Đánh giá: This place is a dump. I IMMEDIATELY checked back out! The staff is so kind and I feel bad for them, but they must get this A LOT! They said the owner just don’t care and does not perform any maintenance. ALL the negative reviews you have read are true! nnNow unless you don’t care about the conditions, then save yourself heartache. The pictures in the listing are several years old. Paint was peeling off the walls, the tub is disgusting, everything is old and worn, the pool had a film over it, doors didn’t lock and some barely closed, it was a disaster!

Đánh giá: The staff here are super nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help out. nThe villa is one of the better values that I saw in Gili Air. I stayed at similar. Price points in Ubud, Bali and this was significantly better.

Điểm cộng: The staff was outstanding- very kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the afternoon tea delivered to my room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good just a few minutes walk to the harbor and shops and restaurants.

Điểm cộng: The wonderful and helpful folks at A Villa were amazing. So kind, welcome and friendly. They really made our stay amazing. Its the small touches that make a big difference, things like receiving a cold towel when we arrived - which we very much needed! It is a very quiet and peaceful space with plenty of privacy. Yet a quick 3 min walk takes you directly to the beach. It is amazing value for money, and the villa and amenitiies exceeded our expectations! It was such a luxury having our own pool - and we will remember our stay fondly.
