优点： Everything was great except the location was away from the central town.

评价： Nice swimming pool with plenty of comfortable seats and mattresses to relax on. The volcanic sand beach is fairly decent. Rooms are clean, but limited TV channels. Location is 50/50 as it is far from cafes and restaurants. But if you are looking for peace and quiet, then the location will be fine. No 24 hours room service.

评价： We stayed for two nights during the Idul Fitri holiday in April 2025. We chose this hotel mainly for its price. And we were right. We booked for room only because we wanted to have breakfast in nearby restaurants. This hotel is a good hotel, but not too many people stay in this hotel. We suspect because its location is not in the center of the Senggigi area. So, people need cars to move around. We need at least 15 minutes to go to the center of Senggigi. We had a car, so we did not have problems moving around. They have two towers, but only one tower is operational. Best value for money.

评价： Seem like effect of earthquake in year of 2018, half of hotel rooms could not be used cause damage of building construction. Just an half still operate with minim facilities. Breakfast just like 2 or 3 stars hotel, not like 4 star. The hotel need to renovate in total in get to 4 star.

优点： Relatifely low Rate, Love the pool with the view and this hotel has private beach. Kamar Luas dengan view cantik.

评价： Ini pengalaman saya yang kedua kalinya menginap disini, sebelumnya saya menginap libur lebaran April-2024 dan cukup mengesankan karena itu kami putuskan menginap lagi disini liburan Januari-2025 selama 5 hari 4 malam.nTapi agak kecewa karena selama 4 malam disana sprei dan selimut kami tidak pernah diganti, itu saya tandai dengan adanya noda yang sama disprei dan bantal saya setiap harinya. Hari ke-3 sebelum keluar makan siang saya pesan keresepsionis minta diganti spreinya, sore saya tiba dikamar ternyata tidak diganti juga (sungguh mengecewakan). Selama menginap disana menu sarapan sangat biasa saja, soto ayam dan bubur ayam tidak disediakan daging ayam yang disuir. Saya sempat minta tapi oleh pelayan hotel disuruh ambil menu ayam kecap buat bubur dan sotonya :(nIni yang sangat membuat kami sekeluarga kecewa, menu sarapan hari ke-3 sama sekali tidak disediakan daging ayam, menu utamanya sangat mencengangkan yaitu “sambal kentang goreng ati ampela” sumpah pengen nangis karena saya anti makan jeroan. Saya tanya ke pelayan hotelnya memang menunya adanya itu OMG :(nIni sekelas resort bintang 4 menunya kok kaya guest house (padahal belum pernah menginap di guest house).nSayur tumis kangkung, mie goreng, sambal goreng ati ampela.nOiya 1 hal lagi yang saya tidak habis pikir, susunya dicampurin air. Rasanya tidak seperti susu dan tidak kental sama sekali. nSaya sangat suka resort ini karena untuk fasilitas kamar dan hotelnya sebenernya sudah masuk hotel bintang 4.nTapi kenapa pelayanan dan menu sarapan seperti Guest House ???nApakah ada oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab disini ???nAyolah Amarsvati bangkit lagi dengan nama Louis Kiene Resort Senggigi dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas sekelas resort bintang 4 lainnya (seperti Holiday Resort Lombok atau The Jayakarta Lombok Beach Resort)nKalian secara bangunan sudah mewah, tolong pelayanannya juga dibuat mewah 🙏🏻🙏🏻nSemoga setelah ini ada perbaikan dari managemen hotelnya agar saya bisa menginap disini lagi next time !!!n
