优点： the atmosphere is very calming, the air is clean, the environment is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Will definitely come back here

评价： Absolute joke of a resort, where do I even begin?nWe arrived at 9pm and the kitchen closed so we starved that night because the place is in the middle of nowhere. The room was not cleaned properly and the staff did not provide us a mosquito repellent coil for 5 days despite asking numerous times. The incompetence of the manager was evident and did little to ease our concerns. They did not even offer to make our stay better when we raised concerns regarding the room. The restaurant is atleast 15 minute walk and the buggy is another barier to quick travel in the resort. The private beach is not really private as there are locals who try to sell you stuff everyday. We found insects in the pool and wasn't cleaned for the entire duration of our stay (8 days!) so we couldn't even enter it. There was no honeymoon decoration when we arrived despite asking for it many times before the stay. nOverall, an extremely poor quality experience and we are unhappy that we chose this place for our honeymoon.

优点： Beautiful property on the water. The room/villa was quite large and the private pool was great. It's a private little retreat. The restaurant was good and the views, especially during sunset, were fantastic. All the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant people to the driver who took us out for a half day trip, were warm and friendly.

优点： Absolutely loved everything… we sat in our garden and watched the fishing boats pull in every morning while eating our yummy breakfast! Fantastic friendly staff. It’s a magical place to relax and unwind!

评价： Villa was spacious and beautiful, staff are friendly and polite. It’s too quiet somewhat we felt like we are the only family staying there, or maybe we went on low season. It would be great for honeymooners. The breakfast are delicious but we have to ride on buggy to go to the restaurant which is on top of hill. Either you have to call for buggy or just wait outside of the room and the staff will fetch you. Don’t forget to take pictures when you’re at the restaurant because the view are to die for! especially during sunrise and sunset. The beach are calm and beautiful.

优点： The Kayana Lombok exceeded our expectations on almost every level. The facilities are clean and well kept and the staff are very friendly and focused on making your stay awesome. The restaurant food and service are excellent and represent a pretty good value. We can't say enough about the staff and their willingness to do whatever is needed to make your stay a perfect get away. We had friendly and positive connections with essentially everyone we met - and the vibe on Lombok is completely different from that of nearby islands like Bali. For example, as our flight pulled away from the terminal, the ground crew lined up and waved goodbye. In our many travels across the island, we did not meet a single angry or negative person - all of the locals were friendly and excited to find our about us and what brought us to Lombok.

Great breakfast, nice afternoon tea, and good food. The sunset moment was amazing. Suitable place for relaxation and tranquility, away from the crowds.
