Review: Hotel is getting old and moldy. Carpet are old and smell.. breakfast soup had a cockroach in it . Dirty dishes.Only the staff was nice and welcoming. Will not come back.

Review: The hotel is not too new but very clean and cozy, the staff is always friendly, and the breakfast has a variety of options.

Review: The hotel is in a central location, very easy to find, with wide streets where you can conveniently park your car in front. The rooms are clean and fully equipped.

Review: Our group had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional ( Esp. Ms Houge ) and the cleanliness of the property was a top notch. The location was convenient for shopping & the room size, pool & bathroom facilities were all impressive. The only downside was the walkability in the area but over all was a great value for money.

Review: Located right at the beginning of Nguyen Dinh Hoan street, convenient traffic, it takes only 10 minutes to ride a motorbike to West Lake. Diverse amenities, breakfast, swimming pool, bar, sauna, diverse gym... clean and airy rooms, especially extremely friendly staff. 5-star rating and will return on a not too distant day.
