缺点： I wish we can bottle water compliment each rooom instead dispenser on hallway

优点： I stayed at Zest Hotel in Jemursari Surabaya for 3 nights and got breakfastrnthe menu has many variants, there are only a few menus that are the same every day but all of them are quite tasty and the service is pleasant
缺点： I think it's good enough for the price, only room repairs are needed, such as wall paint, devices in the bathroom such as a clogged drain washtavel, the exhaust doesn't work
优点： location , staff , overall situation
缺点： the linen and towel is to old. is not hotel standard or even house standard anymore. should change ASAP. because that effect the hotel class, as zest is nice and good hotel but the towel and linen situation make it drop to low quality.
