评价： Glad to be back, for the breakfast delicious also !

优点： Clean and modern room with big screen TV. Water pressure was good, rainfall shower was my favourite. Hotel is quite a new building. Free parking. It was a great stay!

评价： I used to be accorplus member have been staying at this hotel several times but this time I booked the hotel not with my Accorplus but via Agoda. I can see a different service from the hotel when I booked as Accorplus or not. During breakfast the breakfast room is very crowded.

评价： Hotel ini sangat bersih dan selesa. Sarapan pagi juga sangat memuaskan dengan banyak pilihan menu yang sesuai untuk pelbagai citarasa. Namun, ada sedikit kekurangan dari segi privasi — pintu bilik air tidak boleh dikunci, jadi kurang sesuai untuk mereka yang datang bersama rakan-rakan atau keluarga (terutama jika ada anak-anak). Hotel ini lebih sesuai untuk pasangan yang bercuti bersama.

优点： Breakfast was the best. Best service by Ms Elsa. Very clean & well maintained room. Thanks Elsa. rnShana’s, Mila & Tyas were very friendly, helpful, happy, wonderful staff. I will definitely be back. Manager Samsul was very nice person. Alex helped me to bringing down my luggage, nice of him. rnMs Elsa, Ms Mila, Shanaz & Tyas helped me to order Grab for me. They know, this was my first time, they were checking on me on WhatsApp that how I am , where. Make sure I am safe. Tyas surprised me when she sent a WhatsApp message for safety. Tyas is a sweetheart, I really appreciated for asking that I am safe. God bless her heats.

评价： Saya melakukan pemesanan via agoda selama 3 malam dan pesan 2 kamar. Pesan yang sudah include breakfast. Ternyata setelah checkin di informasikan breakfast hanya berlaku 1 orang. Padahal saya melakukan pemesanan include breakfast, dan tidak ada informasi hanya berlaku satu orang. Saya coba komplain ke resepsionis dan juga via email, ternyata mereka jawabannya juga sama. Jika memang untuk 1 orang harusnya di tulis breakfast hanya mendapatkan 1 orang. Kecewa dengan perlakuan pihak hotel. Padahal kamar dan fasilitas bagus, tapi pelayanan kurang memberikan yang maksimal. Resepsionis pun bilang untuk breakfast hotel bisnis agak berbeda dengan hotel yg bukan bisnis. Secara halus saya merasa tersinggung, memangnya saya baru pertama kali pesan hotel bintang 4 atau 5? Dikira saya awam kali yaa.. tolong dibenahi pelayanannya. Saya lampirkan foto buktinya
