优点： Very strategic and comfortable hotel. No need to be afraid of starvation because there are many food places near the hotel. Very friendly and impressive service. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for those of you who will vacation in Saigon

评价： Arrived just before midnight card trader apparently it working then tried again after midnight and worked. On my return home I was charged twice still in dispute. Room had no window and when tiên in light found cockroach on bed . Had a shower not hot water and large bug in shower . Ended up checking out early one night was enough. Happily though they refunded part of the following day due to the time I left. Will not recommend this hotel

We booked two days for the suite room, book when we checked in, the reception said that we only paid for normal room, not suite. After a while, the reception said that it was a mistake from a staff who put the hotels room on Agoda, then he agreed to upgrade us to a suite room
It was a mixed experience, we hope that they can improve their and be more careful with their works in the future.

评价： April 2024, The first night I set foot in Vietnam, I booked a room at this White Diamond Hotel via Agoda. I stayed in room #201, 1 king bed, spacious room.

These are the problems I encountered:

The door cannot be closed tightly, from the outside looking into the room through the gap in the door.

The toilet position is too tight, it is impossible to sit in a normal position.

The bathroom didn't have enough hot water, the bathroom ceiling had a lot of black mold, and when I showered, cold water would leak from the ceiling where the black mold dripped onto the top of my head. I don't know what kind of water it was, but I hope it wasn't water from the bathroom or toilet in the room upstairs.

The furniture in the room, bed sheets, and towels are not clean.

To avoid the bad feeling of the first day when choosing this hotel in Vietnam, I recommend that you do not stay at this hotel.

Đây là những vấn đề tôi gặp phaỉ:

Cửa không thể đóng chặt, từ bên ngoài nhìn vào trong phòng qua khe hở trên cửa.

vị trí bồn cầu quá chật, không thể ngồi ở tư thế bình thường được.

Phòng tắm không đủ nước nóng, trần nhà tắm có nhiều nấm mốc đen, khi tắm nước lạnh sẽ rỉ ra từ trên trần nhà nơi nấm mốc đen nhỏ từng giọt lên đỉnh đầu tôi. Tôi không biết đó là loại nước gì, nhưng tôi hy vọng đó không phải là nước từ phòng tắm hoặc nhà vệ sinh ở phòng trên lầu.

Đồ đạc trong phòng, Ra giường, khăn tắm thì không sạch.

Để tránh đi cảm nhận xấu cuả ngaỳ đầu tiên khi chọn khách sạn này ở Vietnam, tôi khuyên bạn không nên ở khách sạn này.
