评价： I won’t recommend. Stay Hera luxury . 5th February to 7th February 2025. I stay at hotel for 2 nights, I paid room for Deluxe city view king room . Somehow my room full of ants. So I let reception know the about the ants, after I back from my dinner . Hotel didn’t do anything ants go in all over my luggage I was not happy . End up I have requested to changed room. Hotel gave me much smaller room. I don’t wanna move again because it’s too late . I stay in smaller room , today morning I requested to late check out. Reception told me have to paid. It’s not fair . It’s not about money give me so bad service middle of the night make me move here and there . Even I found dirty scoks in my room the moment I checked in the hotel , Can you believe it ? By the way breakfast so poor. Only have dirty water called coffee.

优点： It is close to the airport, pleasant reception staff, quite comfy beds

评价： Needed a room close to the airport for an overnight stay. Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom good with a powerful shower. Breakfast was small, mainly asian food, but had toast and eggs to order. A few eatery places within walking distance and a Hanoi Bia Hoi close by that had very good Vietnamese food at a decent price. Would stay here again if just for an overnighter.

评价： No disabled access, no assistance on arrival. Both in our 70s, we had to carry our own bags up several steep steps. Rooms a tad run down, not well cleaned. Swimming pool area very run down. Appears not to have many staff although someone did help us carry our bags down the entrance steps but still can't recommend staying at this hotel.

优点： Close to airport, 15 min walk but along a busy street with narrow sidewalks.
The triple room is spacious and has a wonderful terrace with a city view.
Charming lady on the reception, willing to help us although she was evidently exhausted

评价： The stay was comfortable and staff is caring. The location is outside where tours and travel have pickup service but overall location and area is very bustling.
