优点： The view is fantastic from the top of the mountain, especially at sunrise and sunset. Each room is like a little bungalow with your own patio to sit out on. The staff was very accommodating and super helpful in locating me a motorbike driver to take me to the nearby temples as soon as I got there as well as a taxi to take me to the Cham village early the next morning. Chau Doc was the highlight of my entire trip to Vietnam, in part because staying Victoria was so nice, and I wish I spent more time there. Definitely visit the Hang Pagoda! Dinner was also tasty with big portions.

评价： - The hotel has a very beautiful view, the facilities are convenient, and upon arrival the welcoming staff is very good and enthusiastic.
- Regarding the front desk staff, it should be reviewed when guests call to book a room, they cannot check the room status right away and have to ask for the phone number again for the reservation department to contact later.
The next day, I booked through the Agoda website and called to check the reservation, but the staff still could not verify the reservation, and still asked for the phone number to check and provide feedback afterward.
Then I received feedback confirming there was a reservation, and I made two additional requests:
First: set up a honeymoon,
Second: note that the name of the person checking in is different, you received all the information and confirmed it was noted, but when my friend arrived with the booking, the front desk could not find it? The room was not set up for the honeymoon?
- Victoria is a famous system, with very good service quality hardly any hotel in An Giang can compare, but the staff is not professional, customers call in and cannot check room status? Cannot verify bookings? Receive customer attention information but do not note it down.

优点： The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large with a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view. The pool is also nice. The staff is welcoming and professional.

优点： Great location with amazing view points, all the main sightseeing are nearby. Breakfast is sumptuous. We ordered traditional dishes/set for dinner, and it was amazing. Service is excellent. Everyone is super helpful with a big smile, except for the receptionists.

优点： Staff were excellent and very caring. Food was well made and tasty. Setting was spectacular and a peaceful respite from the intensity of Vietnam. Management obviously cares about customers and staff.

评价： The reception staff is warm and welcoming, the location has the best view of Sam Mountain, the room rates are not high, and it is quiet and clean, suitable for the style of Western guests. A downside is that the soundproofing of the water system in the rooms is not good. The breakfast buffet has many options and popular dishes like other resorts (the beef pho is delicious), but the drinks are not great. The swimming pool is tiny, just suitable for taking photos and for children. Parking space for cars is ample.
