小西贡酒店 (Little Sai Gon Hotel)

评价： Arrived in the evening, reception checked us in then we followed one lady who disappeared & left us to find the elevator (right at the back of the property) & our room? Big rooms & clean enough but smelly sewerage smells as you walk through the place. Hot water jug in room, no coffee or tea or milk or cups or spoons??
Good size smart TV with the apps like Netflix etc. The access road is a bit rough & it’s up the back of town but not far from restaurants etc. The price on Agoda doesn’t reflect the tax paid on the final payment price & ends up costing more at the payment stage? Probably stay somewhere else next time. Average in my opinion.

评价： Phòng khá là dơ, trong phòng vệ sinh dọn dẹp sơ sài dưới sàn rất bẩn và nhìu mạng nhện. Lúc nhận phòng trên giường có tóc, cửa và các góc trong phòng đều nhiều bụi. Khi nhận phòng mình khá bất ngờ với những review khen sạch ở trên mạng. Phòng hơi khác với hình và giá tiền không phù hợp.

评价： I wish I could give six stars for the friendliness and competence of the staff. Not only did they speak excellent English and provide a tasty breakfast... they also helped to arrange for a taxi and negotiate a good price when we left the hotel to continue on our way to Phnam Den (to cross the border into Cambodia).

评价： The hotel meets the accommodation needs well for families. The location is close to the center, near the market, and surrounded by shopping and dining areas. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic.

优点： What a amazing view of the country side and Sam Mountain from the balcony. Sunset was beautiful. Nice room, comfortable bed, most useful staff. We rented a motorbike and went to the Tra Su Cajuput Forest
bird sanctuary. We added one more night.

评价： The staff at Little Saigon Châu Đốc are very polite and attentive. Khoa and Thuy at the reception showed my spouse and me the beautiful Hang Pagoda. An and Tuan wait every morning from the beginning of the day to bring drinks to our room. They also guided us to Vạn Linh Pagoda and the Happy Buddha statue, as well as the pancake pagoda, which was very interesting. The hotel staff have made the most impressive impression on me during my stay here.

优点： This was a really pleasant homestay with modern rooms and facilities. Our room was very spacious with large comfortable beds. It also had a large fridge and coffee/tea set-up. We loved the view from the balcony over fields and forests. We also appreciated the help of the staff in arranging a tour of Tra Su bird sanctuary with moto drivers and bus tickets. They also called our arriving bus and arranged for us to be dropped off at the hotel. There are some nice restaurants and great pho nearby. We also enjoyed taking the ferry to visit the Cham community.

评价： Good points:
1) Nice place with nice views. Few mins to get to the center
2) Tranquil environment, providing impressively perfect private space

Bad points:
1) Did not deliver what the manager agreed upon: the receptionist charged us with extra fees that brought the overall cost up significantly (would not have picked this one if they’d let me know of this from the beginning)
2) Poor amenities
3) Parking area is an abandonned public park, spacious but with security concern

优点： The hotel building is nice and very close to the center.

评价： A big hole on the bathroom ceiling and we told the staff about it, they say that nothing they can do about it. My friends room had the same problem.
