评价： Good clean facilities, nice couple running the business

优点： This place is located just in a few steps of the West Lake. All the beautiful coffee shops are at a walking distance. rnThe rooms are clean and spacious. The rest room is clean and has got hot water. The WiFi connection is good. Downstairs is a nice common area where you can chill or work. They have a small yard where you can rest and have a cup of coffee. They serve nice breakfasts. The owners are lovely people read to help and support. I really recommend this place for all the people visiting Hà Nội. It’s great combination of budget and comfort.

优点： I like this place and am staying here for the second time. It’s usually not crowded and is a pretty comfortable place to stay in Hanoi. The family running this property are very nice people. I will definitely recommend this place.

评价： The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The host is like a robber, trying to take every penny from you.nn1. Overcharging and hidden fees. As some reviewers mentioned, the host just wants to extract as much money as possible. Everything has a price, including the locker (25K), shower gel (5K), towel, parking, and luggage storage. On the last day of my stay, I checked out at 8 a.m., and she told me it would cost 5K if I left my luggage after 12 p.m. However, when I came back to get my backpack, she charged me 50K! U can leave ur luggage in the old quarters and just 30K! nn2. I don’t understand why there are some reviews saying you can use the kitchen. (Maybe they treat people differently?) The host told me the kitchen is only for private use, and you even need to buy water to use the kettle. Don’t ask me how I know this.nn3. As for the location, I chose this hostel because there were many reviews claiming it was in a good location. But NO! It’s so far from the attractions. If you don’t want to spend an hour traveling to the Old Quarter, don’t stay here.nn4. Regarding cleanliness, I can say the bathroom is not very clean, which is inconsistent with the reviews I read before booking.nnNow, I can’t help but wonder how they got such high scores on Agoda!

评价： I enjoyed my stay a lot and even extended it for another night. nThe place is just like the photos. The cats and the dog are the cutest. It’s super quiet at night. nBreakfast is really good. The bed was great, very firm. I would definitely stay again.

优点： The location was perfect. It is on a quiet street only one minute walking distance from West Lake. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented and tasted great. The staff (Liya and Tung) were always nice to me and would ask me how my day was and recommended places to see in the area. Liya went out of her way do an extra request for me regarding the purchase of an hard to find item online. Thanks so much for a great Tuna Experience!

评价： It's quite homestay where can experience local life. There is everything it's needed for the area around. Good location and helpful staff. I would definitely comeback

优点： The hotel has a family atmosphere, I don't even want to leave. A French-style house with a very nice garden in which it is pleasant to sit. Everything is arranged so that I could feel the warmth of the house.

评价： The quited surrounding make my sleep well. Toilet was clean good place to meet nice people. Thank Tuna I would definitely comeback
