优点： The manager is very nice and accommodating guest's request. Good location. Facility generally is clean and new.

优点： Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Location is decent but not near the old quarter. Managed is always responsive and helpful.

评价： Fully equipped and quiet accommodation. The staff are lovely. Not too close to the center of Hanoi but very quick and easy to get around.

评价： I do appreciate the privacy afforded by the stay. Unfortunately, I was not happy about the fact there was no autonomy. There was no washer. And because the host is missing in action, the maid is basically in charge. I replaced my sheets on my own, which was okay for awhile, until the maid told me I couldn't use the cleaner sheets, as the other sheets were not as clean. She seemed to hold a grudge against me for using those cleaner sheets. Because of all this drama, I did not feel safe returning.

评价： Well, from the pictures looks really nice, but, there is always but. As soon as we arrived we saw few dirty things. In the bathroom, drain was hairy messed. In the laundry machine was two pairs of dirty underwear. Sink was smelly after turning on water. I will post few photos. We left this apartment 2 days earlier and found another one without thinking about spending more money.

评价： When I book it i just expected it would be a studio but it is an apartment with 2 seperated bed rooms. It is suitable for a family with 2 children. Good price and good service.
